Complain until you phone me
I will just keep doing bad reviews until you contact me, it can't take 3 weeks to fix a windscreen. Apparently naked only have decent enough reviews on hello peter because they delete the reviews they dont like

Avoid this company
I changed my review to 1 star as their service went from bad to worse. Firstly they took a week to do their assessment on my car which is ridiculously long, then they told me they had assigned a panel beater to the repairs but it took a further week for the car to get to the panel beaters because some lazy person at naked didn't sign auth release papers, now my car has been at the panel beaters for a week and no work has been done as they have advised the insurance have not sent their windscreen repair people yet and Naked also missed damage on my roof because their assessment is done digitally and not in person. The call center is useless and the person assigned to my car has not called me once in the last few weeks, he just hides behind his emails. Avoid this company, any other insurance would have had my repairs done by now.

VERY slow claims process
The claims process is unreasonable, they assessed my car for a week which is unnecessarily long, then once approved they advised it was going in for repairs but a week later it is still sitting at Auction nation where they store their cars because some person needs to sign the car off to the panel beaters and has failed to do so, Naked also don't follow up they just wait for you as the client to phone them, like they forgot that they have your car???? I feel like no one is even doing anything to get the issue resolved. I would have had my car back by now if the people in charge of claims were efficient. Naked insurance is not really worth having unless you add car hire because in the event of an accident they just keep your car sitting in storage for no reason....

Best online store
I have order from Shein so many times and the products and service are both excellent. Even when the delivery team (Imile, buffalo and Meili) mess up its super easy to get assistance and refunds from shein. Great value for money

Excellent brand
Excellent, affordable, clean, local brand. Would highly recommend. Stop buying over priced brands that are full of fragrance and alcohol and switch to this brand. It worked wonders for me

Worst logistics company
These people are the worst. They take no responsibility for miscalculating taxes on imports, then they want to fine you for their errors, it seems to be a **** to make more money because they are greedy. Hopefully shein will stop using them because Sheins service is great but then delivery is ruined by these clowns

These people are a bunch of clowns. They dont answer their phone. I tried calling 27 times during work hours and they just ignored my call and only got back to me about 24hrs later. They seem to run a **** where they tell you that your package got stopped by customs and they need to fine you because they miscalculated your taxes. It doesnt even make sense that they make the error and you need to pay for it. I have shopped with shein so many times but this company ruins it with their greed to make more money out of customers. Hopefullu shein finds a better provider I see all the reviews on here are bad, go figure
