Called TRRC and asked about a battery for my apple watch. they said they need 2 weeks because it has to go to Cape Town. I said fine. Early January I booked my watch in at Cellucity Bedfordview and paid a deposit. 2 weeks later, nothing. 4 weeks later, nothing. I went in and asked what was going on? She said they were waiting for stock. I asked why no one had called. She apologised and said she would call me in a day or two. No call. 6 weeks later I went in again, more apologies, and she would call me, she didn't. My watch came back 2 months later with NO new battery, as they said they had no stock. I took my watch. 9 days later and I still haven't received my deposit back. Shocking service! Don't use this company.
I've had Rain for 5 years. My initial speed was 700mbps. At some point it dropped to 50Mbps. I downgraded to the lowest package and still got 50Mbps. Nowadays I am barely getting 20Mbps. I called to upgrade to 60Mbps package. They will not upgrade using my existing Outdoor router. The router is on a pole on my roof and works well. I don't want another indoor router, that may not be as good, and I will have to do a lot of recabling. Because of their stubborness to upgrade me on that router, they will be losing a long term customer as soon as I find another provider. Very narrow minded perspective.
I cancelled my service with Matrix/Beame on 26 November. I was still debited this month. I sent them 4 emails and tried calling 4 times. No response, no replies. Shocking customer service. I managed to reverse the debit order, but when I get my new vehicle next month, you can be certain I won't be using this company again.
I order and paid for a new mattress online on 04 December with instructions to deliver the mattress between 08:30 and 14:00 on 11 Dec. I repeated said instructions to Abigail via email and telephonically on 05 December. I sent another email with same instructions on the 10 December. The mattress never arrived on the 11 Dec, I even paid my helper extra to stay until 15:30. I called Abigail and she said she would find out what happened and revert. I am still waiting for that call. Very disappointing and bad service Mattress Warehouse. You have one more chance, to deliver on 18 December between 08:30 and 13:30. Failing that, there will be consequences.
I bought 3 Jerry cans online as advertised on Makro's website. They delivered something else to me. I have been waiting almost a month for them to collect the wrong items and refund me, but still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO, THEY ARE CON ARTISTS.
Loot used to be good, now they are extremely useless. Frustrating, will NEVER buy from them again.
I have been with BoBshop (Formerly Bidorbuy) for over 20 years. Over 800 transactions and a 100% rating. I unintentionally sold an item that had expired. I immediately rectified this, however, I was penalised for this by BoBshop. This is shockingly unbelievable. Bobshop has made errors in the past and got away with them, but as a patron I get penalised. Disgusting attitude and policy. I will be closing my account with them. This is a tough business environment and yet they have no clue.
Ordered goods online on 01 March, and have been waiting ever since. Gearify did not mention on ordering that the goods still had to come from China. The first reply I received from them on 03 March, after several emails, was from Johan who stated "Good day, Noted, will have it fast tracked." What annoys me the most is that these people don't communicate, which costs them nothing. I usually have to send a bunch of emails before I get a non-specific reply. I received a tracking number but the courier company says that this is just a delaying tactic from Gearify as they don't have the goods. I don't understand how they are still in business. If I don't get stock this week I will be cancelling the order.
I bought 2 x 50' smart tv from David at Hirsch's Meadowdale two weeks ago, however when I installed the one I found out it wasn't very smart. Browser not working and can't download any decent apps, plus no phone mirroring. After leaving 4 messages for David to call me back, I eventually returned the TV and was prepared to upgrade to a better, more expensive TV, but because I had changed the plug to a new 3-pin safety plug they would not take back my tv (I returned it with its original 2-pin plug). I was even prepared to pay a small penalty. Really disappointing. Last 2 years I spent over R40,000 at Hirsch's Meadowdale, and now they have lost all my future purchases because of a plug change. Really short-sighted policy.
Capitec Bank is by far the most useless and inept bank in the world. Never have I dealt with such a bunch of unprofessional, frustrating and incompetent people. I have been waiting TWELVE DAYS, that's right, TWELVE DAYS, for an incoming transfer of R2100 to be processed. I recieved another international transfer this morning through Nedbank and it was processed effortlessly in TWO DAYS. They did not interogate me multiple times like the gestapo. As soon as this is resolved I AM CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT and I NEVER want to know about Capitec bank again. Capitec is a typically useless South African company. Shameful and disgraceful.
