On Fri, 27 Dec at 8:35 AM , Iona Steenhoff-Snethlage Went to Cresta to buy a book with my voucher and looking forward to reading it. Go past Sheet street and think I might as well get new sheets whilst here. Get sheets, pay and walk to the door and this person who works for them not the security guard standing next to her says to me aggresively: Did you pay for those sheets? *** I show her receipt before I realise what i am doing. I am in retail and a more theft intensive sector and I do not approach customers like that. Security is there for a reason and until a theft is proven customers still get greeted, treated with respect/dignity and asked for receipt PLEASE. No customer service standards were app**** here and bear in mind the cashier is not even 5m from the entrance and she saw me pay and turn around. When I confronted her and boy did I she said she was doing it to everybody. I walked out and then turned around to return the goods and she made a point of saying to the customer paying at the till Hello mam please can I check your receipt! I have never bought much from sheet street and will never shop there again as this is not the first instance of bad service I have received from this store. Retailers need to train staff properly! Good Day This is a post I put on Facebook yesterday re my experience at your sheet street store in Cresta. I have not been so badly treated in a store by someone who more than likely did not want to be there. As stated I am in retail and yesterday was my day off, I however do work public holidays so know what it is like to work when everyone is off. The cashiers where lovely and seemed a bit embarrassed by the whole situation, this all happened between 12.30and 12.39pm (time refund processed) As said this is not the first time I have had bad service from Sheet Street Cresta and have heard similar from family and friends. Train your staff in customer service/how to deal with people, might get more business. To date only that I will be contacted 24/48 working hours and nothing
I had an issue with ladies socks only going up to size 7 and I am a size. To cut a long story short Reneta Denis from PnP clothing contacted me, listened to my problem and sent me prototype size 8 to 9 socks in the prettiest colours/designs. Am blown away by this service if I could give 100 stars to Reneta and the guys who made the socks I would. In less time than promised as well!
I bought a pack of 18 from PnP in Nortcliff about a month ago and there is no perforation or sheet separators so I am using a lot more toilet paper. The quality not bad however will rather pay a bit more and get a better quality and use less. I have not contacted the company itself
Logged a call on Mon 24 at 13.18pm re lady's sock sizes which only go to size 7 yet they sell size 8 and sometimes, once in a blue moon, size 9 lady's shoes. I am an 8 and 7 does not fit and do not always want to wear men's socks. I have had a call saying they have relayed the query to the store, not a store issue but a buyer issue, and an email the buying department has the query on the 28 June. Today I phoned to chase up and the call is closed with customer care and with the buying department? Why do I bother shopping at a store that is in enough turmoil as it is!
Gotcha in Linden is a small intimate pizzeria with seating in a romantic garden setting or inside for larger groups. Looking for friendly staff, clean environment a Bacon, Avo Feta pizza and more or order take away pizza's Pop into Gotcha you wont be disappointed!
Have been trying since 28 September to get glasses I left in an Uber. Totally unprofessional as Glad the driver never phones back, Uber has an un monitored email address the phone number tells me they have no service in my area. If I could leave a minus zero rating I would.
Every time I go into a Crazy Store the shops are clean and staff friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure shopping there! It does not matter which store you go into!
Had fibre installed 10 months ago. With load shedding and working from home decided to get a UPS. Got the UPS, charged and connected and would you know router says on however cannot connect to internet. Get hold of MWEB and they say get hold of service provider which is OPENSERVE. No such luck, firstly I do not want to download you app, secondly you do not answer emails and third you do not seem to have a telephone number. We need to know why we cannot connect to the internet when there is no power even though the router is charged/connected. Openserve is increasing their prices but not providing a service
Approximately 6 months ago I went to Lifestyle for garden stuff and was offered a loyalty card. Got the card, did the shopping, paid and got an email saying welcome and all that and there was R23 odd on the card for me to spend. Drive all the way back a couple of months later however the item I wanted was not in stock. Get newsletters and promotional stock items etc. and decide to go back on Friday as I had a gift card and was looking for some stuff. My first issue is pricing I can get the same items at a better price at my local nursery or Builders or even PnP/Checkers and do not have to drive all the way there. My second issue when I was paying and asked the cashier to redeem my points she tells me there is only R16 odd on the card. I was never told that the points decrease after a few months. Sent an email to them on Friday and to date no response. My daughter also checked her card and the points have also gone. Not a good way to keep me as a customer!
Takelot gave us a refund however, as they had promised in writing, never got the R25.00 delivery fee refunded. Will not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
