Returned an item that was faulty. Account and card used at the time of purchase is no longer in use. They insist on a letter from my financial institution to confirm this. I go all the way to the branch to get the document. Only to be told they do not issue such documents. Sent them supporting docs to show the account is dormant. I just want the money that is rightfully mine back.
I put a claim through 2 weeks ago regarding an armed ******* I had in my home where quite a few of my items were ******. I was held up at knife point tied up and threatened. I have begged and pleaded for Naked to sort this out. But they seem to think its a joke. Ive now failed a class and my next class is due to start today. Their assessor walked into my home. Treated us like ********s and acted as though we were beneath her and like we were ****. Ive given her everything I had but she claims its not good enough. I refuse to wait any longer on this. Begging for a service I pay for is not ok. Dealing with the trauma and stress of what is still on going is not helping.
App**** for a top up on my loan. After 3 days of begging for some sort of assistance I finally got a response. No where in the terms and conditions does it stipulate that a student that is working can not apply for an accommodation loan- Done because the institution is in a different province and I'm having issues with their online program. I have already made all my arrangements after receiving the pre-agreement letter and checked their terms and conditions to ensure that there is nothing stipulating that a working student can not apply for a housing loan. Now they are ignoring me. Standard bank needs to step up and start looking after their clients.
not for the first time I have had funds taken out of my account *******ly by this company. Last night way after I went to bed I had 2 purchases go off of my account for over 770 rand. When you contact them on fb they tell you to log a complaint. Ive done that 3 times. These purchases dont even show up on my purchase history. When you ask for a email or a number they keep referring you back to that same stupid link. Its generic *******. I want m money back uber eats and I want my account closed.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the store manager for your branch at Elridge that was on duty yesterday. Firstly - I shop at this store often and have never had issues. Secondly this woman embarrassed me by accusing me of trying to ***** from the store in front of other customers. I had a bag in my cart with items from another store. She dragged me physically towards the back area and threatened that if i don't comply it will get worse. Still in full view of other customers. Thirdly she made a comment that all white people are ******* and just take what they want. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. My goods totaled over R1000 and she still deemed it necessary to treat me this way. I will never be setting foot in that store again. I was unable to get a picture as she refused to let me take out my phone and kept covering my bag. Her nametag was inside out. I am not happy and I am seriously considering going to the media about this disgraceful behavior. If it were reversed and it were an white manager and a customer of color there would have been major issues. I want my purchase refunded. I cant my find my receipt but below is my club card number which I'm sure can be used to find the purchase from yesterday as I did swipe it. club card 0200831053088 If this is not refunded to me today I will be going to the press and social media as this is completely unacceptable behavior. Manhandling a client Accusing them of theft when they are still shopping in the store Making a very racial remark about the client as well. I suggest this be sorted asap
Ive had two deductions now from this company. Ive asked them twice to cancel it and they ignored me. Ive asked for it to be reversed. They ignored me. I never signed up for this service. Did not approve the debit on my account. I will be reporting them to their governing authority should this not be sorted out. They dont seem to care.
Customer service is non existent. none of the agents care to help. Ask for things to be escalated and get ignored. Already have an existing set up but because they think its ok to punish clients they take their time. I've already cancelled their services once because of poor customer service. They aren't making this any better.
Requested a student loan. Against my requests for the loan to be paid into my account due to me having doubts it was paid to the institution. Refund was done back to standard bank. Their staff member ensured me that due to my concerns being true they would pay the refund into my account. Now they are going back On their word. Starting to doubt this bank.
Worst institution I have ever dealt with. Don't realize that their students are actually their clients. Treat people like ********s and when they are asked to do something do everything in their power to ***** from the students. Rude, Uncooperative and no customer service. I'm paying the bill but they decide how to use the funds that need to be refunded to me.
Poor Service Ive been waiting not for over a week for Fastway to assist regarding a delivery that is coming from TEMU. I just get told " Your delivery is with customs." No resolve as to how they will get it released. Im now tempted to lay a complaint with temu and request they use a better courier in future as the service is abysmal.
