Refusal to payment - Discovery Health
Once again Discovery Health has proven that they are definitely not eager to pay for members medical care. They have been promoting their "Diabetic Health Care Program" which is supposed to alleviate the co-payments if you use their doctors. So when you do use their doctors, and these doctors refer you for further analysis, then Discovery refuses to pay. What a SAD organization.

Everyshop.co.za
I recently discovered everyshop.co.za on Google. They had products that I needed at an excellent price. As I did not know them, I took the gamble of ordering from them online. What an awesome experience. The purchases were done on a Saturday morning. Everyshop kept me informed on an hourly basis as to the progress of my order. By Saturday afternoon, my purchases were at the Courier Company and by the following Tuesday I had received my purchases. Excellent service and will definitely do online purchases from them in the future.

BUILDERS WAREHOUSE INFERIOR SERVICE
Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley carried the monopoly in the area for many years. They delivered a service which the consumer just had to accept. Then Chamberlain and Leroy Merlin opened in close proximity. These two stores offered a far superior service. Builders was not prepared for this competition, and have taken a serious hiding because of their service attitude they displayed. Be careful of how you treat your customers. It will come back to bite you. Builders is experiencing this now.

Takealot.com Excellence in Service
Being of the older generation, and not trusting the modern way of purchasing goods via the internet, I was forced at one stage, during lockdown, to purchase a product via Takealot.com. Their expertise and professionalism is beyond belief. They keep you informed at all times as to progress on your purchase via sms's. It has now got to a stage where both my wife and I would rather purchase certain needs from Takealot.com, than go to the shops. Well Done Takealot.com! Keep up the excellent work and service.

PATHETIC SERVICE - ONEDEAADAY
PATHETIC SERVICE. 10 DAYS TO DELIVER ITEM PURCHASED. CHANGE ORDER NUMBERS AROUND AND THEN CLAIM THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT! ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS SENT TO COMPANY TO CLARIFY SITUATION! WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH ONEDEALADAY! THEY ARE FAR BELOW PAR WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE DELIVERY! Capital Legacy Pathetic Service
Company Partners, who I used to register my Company through, referred Capital Legacy to update my Last Will and Testament. The initial person I dealt with and assisted in compiling my Will, a person by the name of Oliver Copley, was excellent in his job. But that's where it ended! From this point forward, Capital Legacy turned out to be a total Comedy Show, where Regional Managers call National Managers, Service Managers. Capital Legacy instructs their preferred Couriers to collect my signed Will from my place of employment, only to find out after I informed Capital Legacy, that they had not sent my Will to me. What a bunch of IDIOTS! When I wanted to take up this matter with senior management and resolve the continues poor service I was receiving, I was informed that senior management does not phone their clients, their clients must phone them. If that is how senior management deals with clients and customer care, imagine what they will do when the day comes to execute your Will. Capital Legacy is a total embarrassment to their Industry. They have no idea what they are doing, and this is extremely concerning for me, not knowing if my Last Will and Testament will be dealt with professionally for my beneficiaries. Capital Legacy is definitely a company to be extremely wary of when it gets to dealing with your Last Will and Testament. Rather use a reputable company.
