I've never had a problem with the items or delivery service when it comes to Pet Heaven. Their scheduled orders also help remind me that it's almost time to top up on my puppers food and treats. Would 100% recommend.
If I could give an extra star I would - I placed an order and before I looked again it was already packed and being collected by the courier. Delivery happened so quickly and efficiently, I hardly had time to get excited over my new book :) I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
I've been trying to log in to the website, as well as call, to lodge a complaint around Telkom. How on earth is someone supposed to be able to successfully reach someone who can assist them?
Still waiting for technical to call me since Monday - I've had intermitent internet connectivity and can't get through to someone who can actually help. Not sure why a service ticket is created if no-one follows through?? 33401855
Really love the range of items they have on offer, which includes a range of prices that suit whatever your budget it. The delivery driver is so pleasant and always packs the dog food in the garage for us so we don't have to lug it around. My border collie loves to say hi to him when he has a delivery for us.
Utter thievery and nonsense from their side. I had 2 power banks taken in for review on the 1st February - 32 days ago! I can't get a straight answer from them around why it's taking so long. I've tried escalating it but now they are no longer bothering to reply! I want my money back. Who's to say what's happened to my units while they have been out of my possession. REFUND.
Zero communication on refunds. I've been having to keep requesting an update and it's been two weeks since I requested two refunds. For all I know they've taken my order and sold it to someone else, or lost it, but I have no way of knowing because NO-ONE answers any of their phone lines, and their emails all bounce back. And the receptionist is too lazy to help the first time around, you have to DEMAND additional help, which it turns out was for her to get off her chair and walk a few steps to the correct department to hand that manager a note. Now to see if they even contact me back. Btw - these are the people that Mr Price Home decided to use as their delivery people. Absolutely shocking.
I have a screen shot of the WhatsApp "customer support" that I'm trying to get in touch with. My father passed away two days ago and I can barely think straight, and all I need is an eta on when my cabinet will be arriving. I need to get a delivery eta to make sure someone is at the house if delivery happens to fall on the same day as the funeral, and we're still waiting on the palor to call us to tell us when to meet. Can someone PLEASE assist. A human, not some stupid AI.
