Jade D has been nothing but exceptional in assisting me, whereas the rest of the team leaves much to be desired. I do believe after the escalation that there will be some improvements, so here's to hoping that they remain positive. WORST customer service I have ever received. I've always heard of stories pertaining to not purchasing a car brand for which parts will be an issue...this is the last thing I thought about when I purchased a new Renault Kwid. Shortly a month after I bought it, a taxi drove into me...Up till today, I am still waiting on certain parts for my car....the accident was nearly a year ago...no ETA on parts, no sense of urgency getting my problem sorted, as mentioned, nearly a year already.... I strongly urge anyone wanting to buy a Renault in SA to strongly reconsider! I've even approached global...guess what....no response... how lovely...
Brilliant, speedy, efficient service with a smile
I've reached out to them regarding a faulty charger that came with the phone, which FNB (contract phone) insists I need to send the entire phone in and leave me phoneless for 3-4 weeks. Till this date, I've not had a single response, and I've reached out a few times. Shoddy customer service. All I want was to have the charging block replaced.
Ordering was quick and easy, now to see how fast the delivery takes effect. Good prices, and well layout online store.
Great company, brilliant service, doesn't rip you off with their rates like so many other top dogs do. I can easily recommend them
SCAM ALERT - Recently almost purchased a puppy from these guys, who when I Googled were quite highly ranked so I attempted in getting the dog. I live in Cape Town, they supposedly in Kimberley. Email back and forth, then it came to questioning their legitimacy wherein I started hearing alarm bells go off, the "owners" mis-spelt their names, the dog breed, the date it was born, the year, then parts in German, to which I responded in German and they didn't know what I was saying, the fact that they only have a piece of paper in the name of a sales contract to prove their legitimacy is also HIGHLY questionable, and in the end the last contract they sent me with supposedly updated details, had a previous buyer's details on it. I reached out to the buyer, and he immediately informed me they were scammed 2 years ago by these guys. Sorry, but be VERY cautious, there are some seriously demented, scaly people out there. Word to the wise, when it comes to online DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!
Wow, Hussar Grill Grand West, absolutely horrendous service... Had to wait an hour for the food, steak that is supposed to be medium rare was well done (3 patrons at the same table had the same experience), one guest after everyone was served food was still waiting, drinks take on average 20 minutes. Worst restaurant experience I've had in 10 months in Cape Town!
