What a Huge Disappointment. Wimpy at its Worst. Smallest of portions for a ton of money and then no flavour. When asked about it, I was given cold onion rings. The "Rack of Ribs" is That Burger patty that you purchase at Vis Vabriek. Not even genuine ribs. The chicken snitchzel had no flavour and the sauce tasted like flour. The highlight on my plate was the Wimpy chips. Since when has this been the standard of Wimpy. I'm eating and I'm like what the hell happened to the flavour and the portion size, but the price has increased. I'm a Wimpy Lady but this is disgusting....
Disappointed On Every Level. Heartbroken doesn't begin to describe how I'm feeling.... I'm trying to get a refund on my Blue Tickets because they messed up BIG time. But it's so difficult. They should have issued and email stating the concert being cancelled and given us an immediate refund. Why must I jump through hoops because they messed up. All I would like is an email from them
We had Ladies night on the 12th of February 2025. For the Release of Bridget Jones, About a Boy. We paid R150 for this experience and honestly it was so disappointing. Considering the pricing point. You could make a beaded key chain before entering. No real organisation was set into place with that firstly. Got excited to go in because there was said to be goodie bags. What an even bigger Disappointment. It contained very minimal or next to nothing that would excite anyone. Outdated Magazine from December 2024. Samples well a sample of a perfume or a Skincare item. Jockey panty yes one that could most probably only fit kiddies. Not full grown women. Truly a let down considering what we spend on the ticket. The small little cider drink were OK. But not even customised popcorn holders or anything. If it wasn't for the movie being incredible. Honestly I won't be doing a ladies night again at Tygervalley.
Thanks to the Amazing Team at Muller's in Tygervalley. Honestly feels like walking into a family environment where you feel welcomed and at home. Thank-you to Samantha for introducing me. Without her help and those if the amazing Dr whose name I have forgotten. My apologies. I felt at ease and felt comfortable going through the entire process. Honestly would always recommend them because it truly was a great experience. Thank you again to all the beautiful staff in store.
I contacted them about a query I had concerning products I had purchased and was paying my monthly installments. Due to a minor miscommunication it was solved in the matter of minutes with friendly staff. With that being said, I renewed my multi-vitamins and managed to also incorporate one for my mom who is dealing with menopause. Not only is the service incredible but the actual product itself does exactly what it says it would do. I have been a loyal client now for a good few months and will continue to support them Not only for the great service given , but also because the product itself is worth the investment. Apologies for not remembering both consultants that assisted me. I am truly grateful to you both. Also upon receiving my order they went above and beyond in gifting some so special, that I was able to share with my mom. She says thanks to you all as well. I was not expecting anything as what they had done already was above par for me. Thanks again to the beautiful people at IPS Health, you have a client for life.
I placed an order on the 25th of July, it was supposed to be delivered the following weekend. According to what was said after waiting an exuberant amount of time on the phone. Apparently deliveries take up to two days and in outlying areas up to five days. Then when the call was eventually was picked up. I informed the consultant on the line about my frustration. Its now the 2nd of August and apparently yesterday was another scheduled delivery for said items. And my favorite part is that they say expect delivery between 08:00 till 19:00. That is not a decent time frame for anyone working full time and who has kids that needs to be collected at a certain time. When on the App i tried to schedule a time frame that works for me. It kept saying Login. But yet I am on the actual App itself. My other favorite thing was when she picked up on my order and said that they processed the one order I had placed into four separate orders and waited to have them all together before sending it out for delivery. I asked how is that possible, she said she does not know. She apologized for the inconvenience but could not give me any further help. Then she proceeded to tell me she needs to contact the delivery people and find out what is happening and then they can schedule a delivery date from then. i just received and email explaining basically that she got my call and made contact with said people. No call back, no asking me when it would be convenient for me. Just an email. Basically i had to go back on the App and see for myself that it may or may not come tomorrow between 08:00-17:00. This is not customer service. This is not assisting a client in any way shape or form. It will be a very desperate purchase should i ever order from them in the future.
This is literally a big thank you to Michael Penny who is a specialist at The Unlimited head office from Durban. I was going to cancel my policy and then after speaking to this gentleman. I realized that I would of been making a big mistake and that I would be missing out on quite a few things that can actually benefit me and my family. Being in todays times, we are truly needing all the help we can get with saving and being prepared for almost anything. So thank you Michael, you are truly an asset to your company. The cell fix in Regent Road, Sea Point. A disappointing place to say the very least. Thinking that you would get great service for your money but the lack of Professionalism really takes the cake. Not only was I overcharged but the poor workmanship on replacing my screen was evident. Then I was told that they replaced it with a cheap version. Knowing that I paid a pretty penny for it. Was told that they cannot replace it. As I dropped it but not even on a hard surface. But it cracked like someone had thrown the phone. I was also told that even a slight knock would cause this. And after taking the word of them that it could be fixed pronto. Considering that not only was the screen not secured properly but cheap workmanship tells me that they clearly do not value their clients. I would not recommend taking your phone there for repairs. When asked if they could repair it due to the poor workmanship of so called repairs done on my phone. They just removed my new screen guard and didn't bother to replace it and said no they cannot do anything. Suffice to say I would not support them in future.
This is my seconds package sent. And all I can say is Wow. Not only did I receive a call saying that there was a slight delay. But the woman who i spoke to(Apolgies that I forgot your name) was extremely polite and friendly. My client who just received her package is over the moon happy. Thank you. I would truly recommend always.
I was interested in a Life cover. So I sent in the sms and received a call. I was so excited and everything went smoothly. Until 3 months later. I get an email not even a phone call, the policy has been cancelled because i have not done the medical. The medical exam that they said they would have someone contact me and that i have 6months before the policy is null and void. No one contacted me. I laid a complaint and received the first phone call after 19:00 whilst trying to put my son to bed. Then the following day with a response that they will contact me in the same week. Its been over 2/3 weeks now still awaiting that call. So I decided to cancel my policy and that I would like my money back. No where on black and white in my policy, that was sent (via email) me does it state that I cannot receive all my money back. They said it fell away after 30 days and I do not get any money back. Again not stated in my policy. And again I get told. I cannot receive my own money back. I told them I do not want this policy as I'm paying for no services rendered. No one has contacted me or had the decency to call me and explain what is going on. So I must lose out on what amounts to almost R 2 000. I am a mother of two boys. I do not need this in my life. I wanted this for my children. All I asked for is my money back. And they have repeatedly said I cannot get my own money back. How does that work. They did not help me But cause problems. That money could of been put into another life policy but because it is Sanlam I thought I am getting the very best. But no I am not. Im getting robbed of my hard earned money. Again no phone call no personal touch. No trying to save me as a client. Absolutely nothing but over promises and under delivering. I won't ever recommend them to anyone. I won't want anything from them in the future I am still awaiting the call...
