I paid R2200 to advertise.my home. After ad moderation/approval my ad went live for a week. then decided to temporarily withdrew my ad in order to slow real estate agents to market it. After 3 weeks I activated my ad again however, it was not allowed because of my photo's.Ironically the ad has not been changed by me but reactivated exactly as it had previously been approved!!! Many of my photos are being used by agents on the very same Prop 24 platform. Apparently it is allowed for agents but nog for individuals (the latter paying much more). Prop 24 refuses to refund met because of a few leads that had been created during my first week of subscription. The fact is, they playing dirty and are applying double standards. Stay away, they are money hungry
****nio assisted me in sorting my ST regarding my Bond insurance. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! He deserves a compliment from his superiors!!
Pathetic. Nobody is eager to assist when you enter the store. Despite that a bought a flavio toilet set. Afte half a day the rubbers under the seat came loose and after a few ittirations the one rubber was gone. Probably flushed away. The branch was not prepared to help me!!! They say there are NO spares available. Stay away
You cannot trust this guy with your precious belongings especially when it is a real vintage! I gave Andy my newly restored Puch moped as consignment stock. He changes the rules ito commission as he pleases. Furthermore he stuffed up the scoot. The jockey wheel/chain totally ruined and when he tried to fix the throttle cable he broke the whole throttle mechanism. Even running the l cable across the fuel tank to the carburettor. His reply was that he is no mechanic. Omw, he should stay away from anything more complicated that a roll of toilet paper. Bike never washed for the month it was there.
Ordered Kyb shocks online. No progress after 6 days. No response from Makro. "Start my Car" is the supplier to Makro and I know they do mot have stock either despite the FACT that Kyb RSA has stock!!! I informed Makro about the issue and also gave them the solution which they chose to ignore. Struggling to get a refund and in the meantime my time window has disappeared. ******ed up my whole week and still without refund as well. Stay away fro Makro Online
Rarely staff on the floor to assist. Been there many times and stopped going there because they are more concerned about security than providing service. This morning I decided to give it a try after 2 years. Paid for my purchase, while security as actually looking at me... When leaving the alarms went of and I was summonsed for a check by 2 security idiots. It felt like 2 years ago. I asked to be refunded because I will not be humiliated again. Hulle ly aan vervolgingswaansin!!!
Still trying to get Hi Sense to fix or refund my TV. Ruben Ruiters is supposed to sort it out as he is their techie team.leader. he returned my 1st mail and subsequently nothing happens. I returned the tv via the Takealot channel and they are more hopeless as they refused tovrefund or repair because the warranty seal had been broken by the hi sense techie when he checjed the speakers. He aso stuffed up the Internet Interface... I am in the middle of 2 companies not taking responsibility for the junk they produce/sell
Bought a 43inch smart tv. Not so smart. Inferior plastics etc speakers distorted from the start! Techie came out, opened the tv and confirmed the speakers are shod. It is niw a month later and the speakers have not been replaced. Furthermore, the technician stuffed up the inter interface and now I am sitting with a total worthless item. Aftersales service is pathetic. Rubin Ruiters promised to sort out the problem howerver, I am getting no joy.
Initially sorted the first part of the claim in only 2 days, ver impressive! I then wrote a positive review and since then ALL communication died and nothing transpired for the rest of the claim! Most amazing!
For the 1st time in my life I have received excellent service! Kerrianne Ogle has kept me on par the whole way. The initiall part of my claim has been settled in less than 48hours!!! The rest is being handled in a friendly, courtious and effective manner. This lady is RUNNING the extra mile!
