Lyle Landsman provides excellent service! He is friendly, prompt, and delivers service at a level that I've never before experienced from an estate agent. Lyle Landsman is a huge asset to Chas Everitt!

ABSA employee Kavir Sewcharan is SO incompetent
It feels crazy to have to allocate ANY star to ABSA. The incompetence we have experienced from their staff knows no limits :(. In particular, a man named Kavir Sewcharan who is an "Enterprise Banker" in Pretoria is a thief of his salary every month. He almost never responds to emails from us as clients, or other ABSA staff needing assistance with the most basic matters that form part of his role, but on the rare occasion that he DOES attempt to do his job, he makes matters worse by his lack of intelligence. How ABSA hired someone like Mr Sewcharan is a mystery - he is beyond incompetent.

SASM = spam
I am unfortunately on the emailing list of SASM International. I have responded to "Ina" at the given contact email address 3 times in the last 3 weeks, requesting removal from their mailing list. I have received not one response, and continue to be spammed.

XoC is excellent!
What an excellent experience with Xpress Online Couriers (powered by The Courier Guy)! I booked (easily) online; a friendly courier arrived 2hrs later for collection within requested time slot; my delivery was received on the other side 100% in order, and fast. On top of this all, the price is excellent value. Thank you XoC!

Excellent experience with XoC / Xpress Online Couriers
What an excellent experience with Xpress Online Couriers (powered by The Courier Guy)! I booked (easily) online; a friendly courier arrived 2hrs later for collection within requested time slot; my delivery was received on the other side 100% in order, and fast. On top of this all, the price is excellent value. Thank you XoC!

NO clubcard points for Clicks Pharmacy medication purchases
Clicks DO NOT award clubcard points for any medication that you purchase from the pharmacy. It is misleading for them to advertise that you earn "1 point for every R5 spent", because this very specifically excludes pharmacy purchases. Despite this disappointment, and their misleading advertising, I give 2 stars rather than 1 as I appreciate that their Customer Service has responded to my emails to help me get to the bottom of this.

Ram should notify in advance regarding delivery requirements! And, Thabo from Ram PE is SO arrogant.
I was not notified in advance that the Ram courier would need proof of address and an ID document (driver's licence not allowed!). I cannot find this information on the Ram website, and the phonecall received from RAM on the day of delivery was entirely silent regarding this. So, the driver Thabo from Port Elizabeth Ram took much pleasure in telling me about this requirement for the first time while I stood in the pouring rain as he sat in his delivery vehicle. I don't carry proof of residence with me, so was unable to comply. It is NOT acceptable to fail to notify clients in advance, of this unusual requirement!
