Went to Kfc Malelane to order some food with my niece and the lady at the kiosk kept rushing us, I ended picking meals that I didn’t want.. She also forced us to give a 5 star rating afterwards. I’m not impressed at all with the service

I’m always impressed with how fast MRP attends to their online orders. I always used the click and collect option but this time around I went for door to door and the experience was just what I needed. I will be ordering online a lot more from now on.

I bought something online on the 6th of November and paid for delivery, estimated delivery date was the 22nd of November but I received no communication from the store until the 23rd, I called their customer service and Felicia assisted me. I'm not happy with the delivery service but the customer service was amazing. She called me everyday to provide feedback on my order, thank you so much
Vodacom is a SCAM!!! My airtime has been disappearing, I don't have any subscriptions and my simcard is in a R150 phone so there's no switching on data by mistake.. Worst part is that I can't get hold of a human on their call center, disappointed!!! More than 15 years using this network if they continue with this I'm porting to another network

I'm just so tired of always going to the bank to get my app fixed, it's been two years now both my app and online banking profile is not working. I'm just plain tired, why can't we fix these things remotely?
I'm just so tired of how many times I have to fix paypal, last time I linked paypal with fnb and I was able to withdraw money from my account but for over 3 months now I've been struggling with withdrawals. My PayPal balance shows a zero on FNB but I do have funds in my account
I tried to register for PayPal services for a non fnb user but I get error 694 because I had an fnb account before, I decided to go to a branch but none of the staff at KaNyamazane branch knew about PayPal. I had to be on a telephone line for more than 30 minutes and I still did not get help..
