I made a transaction from my First National Bank account into the incorrect bank in Namibia .I have sent them an email it has been 24 hours with no response.I was given an email until now absolutely no response.
Tshwane has installed a conlog prepaid meter and we have been having contant electrical trips and currently some rooms got no electricity. We have never encounterd this with other meters.
It's been 10 years and all I know and remember is that I only got a home loan with Standard Bank. I got calls from as far as umlazi calling me that I got a credit account with Standard Bank. They have never called me or given me any letters regarding the credit card.

Funds have been wired from USA to Namibia using a South African SWIFT CODE .I have been advised to communicate so South African FNB .A recall request has been sent from the US to Namibia to no avail and no response due to that fact that its head quarters are in South Africa
Money has been wired from USA to an account in Namibia but the swift code used is a South African .We have been corresponding with Namibia o avail. Can someone kindly us on how we can resolve and receive the funds
I went to summit grill to collect a meal for a customer and the manager Chases me out like a dog.I waited for my meal as she told me to go outside .Once I received my order I approached her to never treat any delivery driver like a dog.And she said that she is the manager with no apologies.Comes to mind if she treats us like that how does she treat her staff as they all looked scared.Customer service is very important not only for the customer but also for fellow colleagues. We are all human and she shouldn't treat anyone with disrespect. I HOPE SUMMIT grills reprimand her.
I wrote a review standard bank home loan regarding the agreement with standard home loan to pay 6000 towards my bond though am in arrears with 27000 and they have summoned me .Still waiting fro a call or a response from them
I am in arrears with R27 000 randa and I pay my bond every month thou it was tough during covid and standard bank wants to take me to court .There are people who owe millions. COME ON GER A REALITY CHECK
I went to buy cheese specifically Bonnita Gouda cheese .1.7 kg for R178 and when i got home I realized that the cheese was smelling detergents and I lost the receipt n my way home.After an hour I went back as the receipt and the kitkat sticker was still on.I complained and they told me that I can not get refund no replacement and they will call the police to come and remove me from the shop as i refused to leave the shop without my cheese and they smelled the cheese .I sat for 3 hours until they decided to assist me look for the receipt .The sore manager made allegations like what if the I stole the cheese and I told them that the shop was empty and it had cameras so it wouldn't be possible.He was so unhelpful till they decided to check the receipts and counter i used.I was assisted around 4:16 and the manager blatantly said that i should never buy cheese from them.Is this how Kitkat Pretoria west treat their customers?I didn't see any customers policy act in the shop.As a South african I got a right to be corrected not knowing which detergents was on the cheese this could have been fatal.No apologies from the store manager .He was very rude and unprofessional.
