Most companies use WhatsApp these days. It's a fast, efficient and personal way to interact with your customers and the other way around. This is not true, for Cash Crusaders Menlyn Retail Park. 34 hours later, and still no reply from them. What boggles my brain is the fact that my messages were red, as I send them. The consultant did not say 'Hi' or 'How can I assist, absolutely nothing. Arrogance or Ignorance? Dealing with Cash Crusaders sales team is extremely frustrating.You have to deal with their moods, lack of professionalism, and limited knowledge on product.

What left me dumbstruck is the fact that the message was read as I was typing, but no attempt was made to say 'Hi' or 'How can I help, nothing at all. Ignorance or arrogant? Dealing with the sales team is not pleasant at all, you have to deal with their moods, their comments, ignorance, arrogance and assessments. It seems to be their culture.
Cash Converters Hatfield is probably the worst service provider that I have come across. This review is not about the fact that they buy products from customer for peanuts. It's about customers service. This is the 2nd time in less than 6 weeks that I have experience extremely poor service. The chances are highly unlikely. If you are looking for sales staff that are arrogant and just a total lack of consideration, for clients U found the right place.
Sending something valuable to another destination via a courier company, can be a daunting and frustrating experience, for some. There are several unknown factors that the sender have to deal with. "Will the package get to the destination, will it be on time and will the goods send, arrive without damage''. "What about the costs involved" I decided to us PUDO. The App was easy to use. The App also offers several convenient ways to pay. The Locker was conveniently located, and you can use this service 24/7. The whole experience was unexpectedly quick and easy. (New technology or the unfamiliar can be a daunting challenge) There are several ways to get in contact with Customer support, and the friendly assistants area ready to answer any concerns. The company sends you everything you need to know, regarding the Location, codes needed for the Locker system etc. The costs involved also surprised me, it was much lower than I expected. The company deserves 5 starts.
The Amplify Bluetooth speaker Pro, comes a beautifully designed box. It has all the belles and whistles. No experience were sacrificed when they designed the box. If you want to add this box to your collection I highly recommend the box The speaker itself was highly discounting, if you are looking for bass. I was also disappointed to hear that my speaker did not have the crystal clear sound that the maker claim. All the other features are easy to use and the installation was trouble free. I reached out to the supplies of the product to try and understand why this is. Unfortunately the have not replied. It seems that customer service is not on their priority list. The speakers ranges between R170 and R300, depending on where you buy it from, and model specs. Perhaps the old saying is true, "Goedkoop koop is duur koop" Or Don't judge a book by it's cover" The impressive box, did not live up to my expectations.
There are several antivirus software product on offer. Free antivirus software downloads offers very basic protection, but it definitely protects your PC or cellphone from known viruses. AVG also offers Computer protection, Web & E-mail protection with their "Antivirus Free" download. The company also allows the user to keep on using the free software, should U choose to do so and for as long as U want. Free antivirus software is simply a marketing tool, companies use, to drive sales. Malware, Worms, Spyware, Ransomeware and a host of others nasty threat's, usually require paid protection. I have used AVG over the years, and it's certainly one of the top antivirus software programs out there. The human interface is easy to understand and use, but not the most exciting. If U like lots of bells and whistles, AVG is not for U. Customer support and after sales support, is as expected, very efficient. The only issue I have with AVG, is the fact that the software does not run in conjunction with Microsoft Defender. Avira and Total AV antivirus software programs works in conjunction with Microsoft Defender. One big happy family. Thanks for keeping us save AVG
OPPO, a company that takes responsibility for there product. I had several Cellphone brands over the years, but we never considered, 'after sales support or customer service' when we by that brand new Cellphone. It's a struggle getting service for most brands out there. OPPO support, totally blew my mind. Call center operators are extremely professional, helpful and efficient. They even sort out the small details and additional settings. Most customers support centers will simply say: " Sorry but that it is how the software operates, and that there is nothing that I can do". OPPO is different, you get the feeling that they want to know about any problems or suggested changes. OPPO cell phones comes with built-in anti-virus program, that works perfectly and biometrics works perfectly. Overall it is a good quality cell phone that operates efficiently. At the end of the day, I would rather spend my money on a product or a company that takes pride in their product, and are willing to help their clients . Thank you OPPO
I was the victim of a senseless hacking, yet it made me feel vulnerable, helpless and insecure. I must admit, I also felt unsafe. I contacted my Cell phone provider for assistance and guidance; to no avail. Logical thinking, I contacted LG's technical support. My contacted cell phone was still under warranty, and felt assured that they assist one of their clients. I was shocked to learn that they weren't able to help. The technical expert didn't even know how to advise me on how to factory reset on my cell phone. I asked for the problem to be escalated to an LG engineer to assist me with the LG cell phone. But he didn't want to be bothered. The world of tomorrow will certainly have hackers. Keep on believing 'Life's good'
I bought LTE which is actually a fast internet service. 10mb/s is not bad at all for the normal single guy. At most I will have 3 or so device's connected. Yet, for the most part, I stair at a little circle just spinning around. Try to get hold of a rain consultant? Don't bother. The were all send back home to plannet Z. This company should be closed down. Rain go figure.
