Ndagezelwa ngu SISANDA kwa Mr Price junction mall in manenberg and I have sent an email for a complaint on the 14 December 2025 already on this email help@mrp.com but I was ignored please I need a response.
Vodacom just decided to add an account on my clear score, I had nothing to do with vodacom, I have no contract with them, I didn't apply for anything with them but they just added an account which is ruining my credit score, I went to Zevenwacht mall to enquire about this nonsense, the manager checked everywhere in their system and he says no there is no account under your name, but then account is added on my credit bureaus for what 😡I really hate Vodacom, can they please remove that stupid account on my score, I paid them finish 2 years back and after a long fight after paying them they closed my account and they removed my account on bureaus, now they just decided to add it again, and their stupid stores can't help me, and I went to their head office at canal walk where I was referred to by manager at Zevenwacht but still zero results 😡😡😡😡I hate Vodacom, I'm going up and down and I can't get any assistance with my money, my time and my effort, that time I don't even owe Vodacom, it's their fault not mine but now I'm in deep trouble and I don't owe them yerrrr😡Vodacom remove that stupid account you added on clear score in December as I don't owe you ‼️when will you take clients serious🙆♀️will you ever be considerate nje?
I bought a heater at zevenwacht mall on the 14 June 2021 which is now 3 months back, then the heater stopped working out of the blue, one bar stopped working, then after 2 days whole heater just stopped working, then I took the heater back with the slip and the box that showed when it was bought, I was told that the heater is going to be taken back to the supplier and then when they received feedback they gonna call me, 2 weeks pass no phone call nothing up until I went back to check for feedback and guess what, nobody knew what was done about the heater whether it was sent to the supplier or not, the little paper where they wrote my details is not with other papers, because I saw that they write the details of the clients who returned heaters on the little page and the client gets nothing in return like a slip for instance, then when they checked my little paper with my details was not on that draw, nobody knew where it was and what was done with my heater, disgusting service ever from Spar zevenwacht mall, now I spoke to a lady by the name Samantha when I went there for follow up, she promised to get back to me first thing today, she said I'm going to make it a priority and guess what it's now 12.25pm and there is still no feedback, this is so uncalled for its totally unacceptable, first of all, you guys are selling nonsense heaters, and then give a 1 year guarantee in them, when returned back you don't replace or refund, actually you don't care, secondly a client must be the one to do follow-up in all of that, which leads the client to pay for cost of transport, to waste their time, their energy, like I don't understand why must the solution of the problem from your heaters must involve client's effort, please call me as soon as possible,I'm taking you to social media, you will trend all over, I see on your Facebook page you lie and publish only good reviews which is a lie, you going to see I'm telling you. THEN THEY CALLED ME AND HERE IS WHAT THEY HAVE SAID
Yhoo I've got a kak service from this ihs property agency, and the said part is we dealing with these people over the phone or emails, and I only went to hello Peter to check reviews about this ihs and I see no one has ever been happy about their services, people ihs is a serious problem in SA what do we do? Are we going to complain and accept being ignored after complaining about this ihs? Surely there is something that we can do, these people can't continue treating people like trash, there is a person called Lerato there it's a pit I didn't get her surname yerrrr she is a birch, she is nothing more than a ****en birch, SA can we meet up and do something about this ihs, their services needs to be seized with immediate effect, there is no such a thing, that company is a scam, they falsely advertise units, and when you complain they don't care as long as you gonna pay them no maan SA, we can't be bullied like this by this ihs. I am going to create an online petition for this ihs company, please tap in and sign it, let it trend and we will send it straight to right channels so they can be stopped at scamming people, let this company trend on Twitter, we will eventually get to the right channels, gone are those days of tolerating such kind of a nonsense, why must we tolerate this huh?
Good day Guys vodacom is just nonsense, I had a cellphone contract with them, then I paid it off, I fought to get my account closed after paying it off, I fought for good 3 months with them, finally it was closed, now my itc record is not updated and my account was closed 3 months back already, why vodacom is always making things difficult for customers all the time, now I must fight with them again so that they can update my credit bureaus, rhaaaaaaaa how I so wish customers can just leave you so that you can stop operating because you don't care about people, is there any client that is happy with you vodacom? Yhoo may you please update my credit bureaus and give me the dam paid up letter for that stupid cell phone account?
Guys nedbank is just a nonsense bank, I had a credit card with nedbank, then I phoned in to get settlement amount so that I can pay it off, I did that successfully, I paid my credit card finish and I phoned to request a paid up letter which I was promised it's going to be sent to my email address which never happened, the worse part is for nedbank to never update my status on my itc record, on all credit bureaus my name appears as if I still owe nedbank credit card, please tell me what the hell must I do in order for you to take me serious? I am now applying for credits in other places I am being declined because of nedbank still appears as active, I am taking you to hello Peter and I am involving my FNB lawyers if this is not being sorted out by this week. I promise I will fight as big as you are, if need be eff will be involved in this nonsense, I will definitely ask them to assist me in suing you as big as you are I am sick and tired of your incompetibility this is nonsense sort this nonsense out clear my name on compuscan, Xperian, transunion and the other credit bureaus and send me the stupid paid up letter for that nonsense credit card.
Good day, I have a big problem with vodacom company, I took a cellphone contract last year and I have decided to settle it, and I did that successfully online I have proof and everything and my account was changed to prepaid same week in September, but when I am checking my credit score vodacom appears with outstanding installment for what good reseons, I have been doing follow up for them to change my status from current to settled hell I am not winning, what must I do, I am telling you I am getting my lawyers involved and I am getting EFF involved, I have enough of vodacom. Until when people must complain about you, no this needs to be stopped, you are crooks, I need my itc record updated and you gonna do it.
