I dont get why they get a 5 star review. I have been struggeling to get service from these people since Tuesday. First call on Tuesday their lady was to busy to be transeferd to so she will call me back she didnt. I called the customer services yesterday (Thusrday) and finally i get the innvoice for the callout and said somone by the name Tess will call me soon. I paid yesterday at 10:44 and did not receive the call for them to arrange to do a call out to service for a bed that is stuck in the upright position. I absolutely are not getting any responses from them. Everytime I have to call them back as they do not bother to give you the courtesy to call you back. Absolutely the worst people to deal with.

Standing in line for 30 min with one teller open. The gentleman there has been there already for a while waiting on forex exchange. The fact that there are only one branch to do forex is alreay a pain. There are two people infront and that to probably will take 30min per person. Standard banks service in their branch at clearwater mall is an absolute disappointed as they clearly do not care about their client services.
I have been retrenched in August last year and remembered that I have a credit protection policy with them. I app**** and Celinah from the claim department was such a beautiful person to work with. Her understanding and compassion for me ment a lot. They really are the best.
I took my new Mokka elegance to the service department as the seal on the right back door needs to be replaced. First the service is absolutely a disgrace.. They booked my car in on Friday 5th of Jan only to get there and waited two ours for them to let me know they still need to order the part. They did not order any parts when I took the car there the Tuesday 02Jan when I came there to ask to get it fixed, no they just booked me in for the Friday and told me it will be done then and still no part. I called them yesterday asking if there is any news in when the part will be here and was told someone will call me back. Well with the bad service I already experience its no surprise that no one has called me back or probably will never do. Its now been 10 Working days since I was there and there is clearly no urgency in their customer services. I do not recommend anyone to take their cars there for services or to order parts. I will rather drive the extra KM'S to another service provider than to use them.
I have a credit card life insurance i have applied to pay out due to my loss of income for the last 8 months! My first application was on the 13th of July and never have i heard back from FNB obout my claim. Only thing you get is email that says we are back logged please be patient. I have since then spoke to 8 people and there is always an excuse from them like the documents are a blur wich nothing was wrong with it or they didnt receive it. I went to a branch in north rand rd on the 15th of September with all the documents and a very nice helpfull lady assisted me and could believe the poor service i received! I now called again this morning as the payment still has not been delt with and now again they tell me there is no documents wich is absolutely bull ****. I now tried to get hold of a manager and no one want to assist me! This bank is has the worst service that i have ever experience in the years of being their client. I am surly now going to find a bank who looks after their clients.
