I logged a dispute I’m not getting assistance, I reached out and spoke to Nonosa from Private client suite via chat on app she could not assist me and she end up disconnecting our chat, same thing with Tersia from Private clients suite she ended our chat while waiting for assistance, I provided my reference for the dispute yet no assistance.
Visited fnb branch Moruleng Mall I pleased to say that I was assisted by due diligence patience and warmth by a new Branch Advisor Christina Tebogo, she's a star 🌟
Cartrack always give worst services, as per agreement debit order date is the 20th of every month, In April they attempted to debit before agreed date then I received endless calls and eventually they successfully debited on the 25th. To my shock they debited again today (30/04/2025), I’m sick & tired of them and I no longer need their services, I’m being debited twice in a single month.
I’m ****ed as I specifically mentioned that my debit order should be go through on the 20th irregardless if it’s on a weekend or holiday, you guys attempted to debit on the 17th which I never gave you permission for that date. You’re only permitted to debit on the 20th, now a bank has charged me for unpaid debit order because of you, please ensure I’m reimbursed what I’m charged by the bank as I cannot tolerate this nonsense, let alone that it’s negatively affecting my credit score. There are so many service providers out there and I can easily jump the ship.
I’m extremely angry as I specifically said to cartrack guys they should debit on the 20th irregardless if it’s on a Sunday or holiday because I get money on the 20th. Now a bank has charged me for unpaid debit order because you attempted to debit on the 19th, I’ve never said debit on the 19th, you must ensure what a bank charged me is reimbursed as I cannot continue with untrusted service providers.
This service provider is pathetic and terrible, in fact you can say many things about it, always on & off. I regret joining them and I can’t wait to pull out coz I’m enough. I will not recommend it to anyone, it’s very very very bad.

They advertising false information, on their pricing boards they say “large russian & small chips” R44,90 But when you get to the counter they say it’s a medium russian not large. What a disappointment
I’m not happy with the service we getting from Prestige Auto Panelbeaters in Rustenburg, a vehicle was brought to their attention on 05/07/2023 until today we haven’t receive vehicle back. Now we can’t work as they have the vehicle in their possession, pathetic service ever, no communication from them to inform customers with the progress of the vehicle rather customers contact them and get unsure answerers from their staff. Will never recommend them to anyone.
Would like to report this driver Mr Ballycan Selolo, his *************, unreliable and problematic driver ever. He doesn’t respect customers at all, to all vehicles owners out there be careful when employing his and he will dump your vehicle anywhere without even notifying you
