How do I keep being sent from pillar to post for over 2 weeks about my fiber connection? That Time I need to pay for usage end of this month when nothing was activated. Do not go for these guys if you are looking to get assisted.
I am so shocked at Budget Insurance. I am within my five- day cooling off period. I have cancelled insurance and it will only lapse on 1 December 2022. Budget Insurance actually wants to deduct money from my bank account "erroneously" . I want immediate cancellation of this policy. I am still within my cooling off period.

How is it that after sending me a new insurance policy, discovery decides to deduct premiums for two motor vehicles? I do not understand and I am livid. I want my money back asap, both for the motor vehicle I lost on 28 February 2022 and the deduction made today towards a written off motor vehicle. I have been on the phone with discovery the entire week last week, they should update my information. What is the point of calling them if they fail to administer my policy accordingly? Maybe they wanted me to leave this hello peter review.
I am a nedbank account holder who is grossly dissatidfied with this bank and I am seriously considering using another bank. It is absolutely unbelievable and so appalling. MFC: Deducting money from my account even thought they have insisted and confirmed that the credit facility will be closed. I called them five times last week. I now have to begin another administration of my own affairs and call them repeatedly so that they can return my money. I literally got various call centre workers who confirmed to me that the MFC facility has been settled and the account will be closed. This is why I say Nedbank: Taking your money, seriously!!!!???? Nice choice on the slogan . PRIVATE CLIENTS: WOW, is all I can say... Literally WOW. "Oh yeah no, we will charge you the additional banking charges for being a private client but you will definitely struggle to get hold of your banker. We are only interested in TAKING YOUR MONEY, SERIOUSLY!!!" I have spend a good 48 hours in the past week trying to get a hold of my "private banker" because I mean if I am paying R380 per month on charges I need to get assistance which is expedited, I must get access to the assistance I need. Is that not so? Anyway, I am actually impressed by how this financial institution has remained true to their slogan. I would like to advise that if anyone truly wants to be taken seriously by Nedbank, they have to break protocol and come to Hello Peter. Clearly the due process which I followed a s a client did not help. If you are not an account holder, maybe consider going elsewhere.
28/02: Car accident and claim submitted 04/03: I call them and only then am I informed that it is written off 04/03: request for Letter (submitted within an hour) to Nqobile Mthethwa 07/03: No progress reports, I call and It appears that I still need to submit letter 08/03: I have to wait on the phone for 25 minutes to be transferred to a specialist because consultants cant help me. All this while, my settlement letter expires on 11/03/2022 and the MFC account is accruing interest. WHO SHOULD I RELY ON IF NOT MY " AWESOME INSURANCE COMPANY" Still no email or anything to show that they are the least bit concerned about the most traumatic experience of my life. It might be a good idea to switch because clearly this insurance company is not trying to help me. I have just become a glorifies administrator of my own claim. HOW APPALING
I would like to give a word of appreciation to Liezel Kleinshmidt of the Brankenfel Centre FNB. SHE WAS SO AMAZING WITH HER SERVICE. We got the Service that we needed and so much more. She was patient and explained everything so so well.
Appalling and unbelievable service. I have made an online flight booking on Air Botswana last night and have sent the PoP to the designated email. I have been trying to call them the entire day, specifially the jnb sales contact number but no one is picking up and I am not getting any response to the emails I have sent to bookings as well as jnb sales. what I find interesting is the fact that my booking will lapse this evening because their 24hour period has passed but I have done all i can to have the payment allocated accordingly. I would not recommend using them at all.
Collen Baloyi He did an excellent job handling my claim. I am very happy. Assessors were great, panel beaters did an awesome job. Even when it came to getting feedback from the car rentals, he was with me through the entire journey. Thanks Collen
