This is the umpteenth time that we have gone to KFC to buy either chicken or ice cream with a flake but they never have flakes and it's always 25 minutes wait for the chicken to be cooked. Tonight we were there at 21:32pm and they were already packing up. Chairs were everywhere. The gents didn't even have toilet paper which is disgusting hygiene. No flakes availed and 25 minute wait for chicken so we just left and won't return.
Dealing with AVBOB Customer Service is pathetic. I'm trying to simply change my Beneficiary since 17th February and all those imbeciles do is resend me the exact same policy I'm trying to change. So quick to sell you the policy but try change anything and it's a frigging nightmare. So disappointed and disgusted with the pathetic service I have received. I will be dead before they figure out how to do something so simple.
I needed to return a product without a receipt and the security man suggested I try anyway by speaking to the Manager LJ which I did. LJ was very pleasant and helpful, I didn't want the cash back but merely to exchange the product for something I would use. The exchange went very smooth and efficiently by teller no 9. Overall I'm very impressed with the manner in which I was treated and got my exchange done. Thank you to LJ and his team at Pick n' Pay Greenfieds/Settlers Way. #WIN. I appreciate being assisted without a receipt when that is store policy but thankfully my product was still sealed.
I'm a very loyal and regular customer to Pick n Pay Greenfields or should I say that was before tonight's experience. They advertise the price tag incorrectly and when you get to the till its 4 times more than advertised above the item! Speaking to the "SO CALLED MANAGER" was a waste of time and he definitely needs to go for Customer Service Training. I will no longer purchase there so you have just lost a good customer and I will not be recommending shopping at that branch or giving any positive reviews in future. Totally disgusted and disappointed with the service I received when all I have ever done was give them 5 star reviews.
It is appalling that the clinic is striking since Monday when so many people depend on their medication to survive. The staff are extremely rude and instead of being grateful to be employed all they care about is getting paid for doing nothing. People are going to die without their insulin and other crucial medication but these selfish and arrogant staff don't care because according to them it's not their problem! They strike for more money for doing less work, insanity. Let each patient who is unfortunate to die due to this strike be on each and every staff member's conscience and that applies to all the other clinics in Buffalo City staff especially the rude woman at Greenfields who had the audacity to say it was not her problem and just as rude as the staff in West Bank. Just remember KARMA will get to you one day and I hope the few extra rands were worth the people's lives that were lost.
Lays Chips are owned by Pepsico and are currently running a competition which very clearly states begins 01/01/2021 and ends 01/06/2021. You have a unique code in each pack and red to dial *120*440*unique number which you do only for a response saying competition opens and closes on 01/06/2021? I have tried e-mail and their instant messaging platform but no response! What is going on here? Lays are very popular in S.A. so how can such ***** up happen especially in my case I love them and wanted to enter the competition. Extremely disapointed in your MARKETING and customer service team for such an unacceptable error.
ABSA GREENFIELDS IS THE MOST UNFRIENDLIEST AND UNHELPFUL BRANCH. I DON'T KNOW WHO IS WORSE THE RUDE TELLER LUNGI OR THE SO CALLED MANAGER. WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME GOING THERE. THEY BOTH NEED TO GO ON CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AS WELL AS A MANNERS COURSE! ON THE PLUS SIDE AT LEAST THE MANAGER COULD ACTUALLY SPELL THE WORD NO BUT THEN AGAIN IT IS IS ONLY TWO LETTERS N AND O SO NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.
MOST PATHETIC AND APPALLING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY OUTRIGHT LIED REGARDING WHEN MY DELIVERY WAS DUE WHEN IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT GAUTENG YET!!! WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. AMAZES ME THAT THEY ARE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I ordered a new charging cable on Thursday afternoon and it was there by today. The young lady I dealt with was really friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Juan-Marie, it's not often you get service like yours anymore.
I ordered on Takealot.com on Wednesday for collection in Berea East London. The order was ready ready for collection on Friday already and it was so quick and easy collecting it. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely order again.
