SLOWway not fastway
parcel has been in transit since sat 5 July 2025 16.17pm and when i phone them they say WE DONT WORK OVER THE WEEKEND.. i asked than why do u say its in transit. no answer I ask to speak to a manager , they say going through than the call drops been waiting since 9 am for managers to call... CARMEN IS NOT THERE TO TAKE MY CALL NEIGHTER IS TYRON . oh the best thing is my parcel HASNT LEFT JOBURG YET BUT ITS BEEN IN TRANSIT TO DURBAN SINCE SAT

I had to submit a claim via BSURE and got told my excess was HIGH
I had to submit a claim via BSURE and got told my excess was HIGH. I kept on phonimg and asking for feedback all the time and after a month of fighting i spoke to a manager i asked him to reduce the excess and he said no. I said cant u phone the insurance and ask them if it can be done to make it affordable his reply was IKNOW them they WONT do it again i said please call them and ask he got ****y and rep**** fine i eill do that and call you back in 10 mins .. FYI IAM STILL WAITING FOR THAT 10 MINS TO PASS. I cancelled with bsure and my insurance PAID OUT WITH A REDUCED EXCESS. DO NOT USE BSURE

I had to submit a claim via a broker(bsure👎) bsure had a HUGE excess and MIWAY went out of thier way to reduced it to an affordable amount and paid out
I had to submit a claim via a broker(bsure👎) bsure had a HUGE excess and MIWAY went out of thier way to reduced it to an affordable amount and paid out . Gordan phoned me to help us move from a broker to them and made sure everything was affordable and also did a follow up call to make sure we were still happy with them. I DO recommend MIWAY.

be careful
They dont tell upfrint that you need to go a different day to the vet.. my dog needed h9s injections and he was to be snipped i had phoned ahead and told they said perfect go so i went and had it done same day as i didnt want ro waste fuel or time taking my dog to the same vet a day apart... fast forward to paying sorry you need to pay for it as it was done on the same day huh but what difference does it make weather its today or tomorrow apart from wasting time and fuel ... nope you need to pay for it .... i cancelled the pet insurance and am still paying the vet off... be careful there is alot of fine prints under the fine print

Very bad service
Takes their time to deliver and when promised before 5pm they dont come. When you phone and have to hold on for a long time just as they answer line goes dead. Once you get hold of them they promise everything and nothing happen the attitude is oh it will be here so dont stress i have things to do while isnt there someone who can wait. Driver will phone you now.. @SNATCHER if you use them again i will NOT buy from you again

I must say i was abit weary about ordering online as i have only heard horror story about payong and losing the money due to not getting thier orders but snatcher was true to thier word and i got my order before expected delivery date WELL DONE. I will order again

If you ever need IT please use those it guys excellent service and after hour delivery I had an issue with my sons computer and took it up to them arpund 4.30pm jurgen was brilliant and he had it up and running while we were at the shop and afterwards help me to set it up remotely #thoseITguys are my go to guys always

Unsafe hand sanitizers
Today 15 Oct 2020 at 11am i went to the spca thinking it would be a nice outing fpr my kids. I get i use the hand sanitizer and had a allergic reaction to it.... i asked them if they had allergy tablets no we dont have and its not our stuff that u are allergic go and no we dont have hot water for u to wash it off i was so upset with the way they treated me that its going to take a while before i think about supporting the shops
