I have to give a star before I can review. I'd prefer none, but I'm obliged to offer one. This bunch are completely useless I ordered a time-sensitive part from a supplier, to get a customer's fridge operational for Christmas. I received confirmation that the part was out on delivery today. It's now almost 7pm, so I'm not exactly confident we'll get the part Trying to phone the office is a disaster, and the driver's phone has been off all day.
From competitive pricing to outstanding service, I recommend CGA Trade and Supply highly. Not only was there constant communication while the order was being processed, but I also received a courtesy call from Ashley the day after delivery to ensure the item had arrived and I was satisfied with the product.
Unbelievable! I did an immediate payment from our business account this evening. When I reviewed the payment detail, the App showed a R10 fee for immediate payment. I then check my account, and the fee charged is R35. I do not understand how this is even permissible.. Confirm @R10, get charged at R35! Incidentally, Capitec charges R7.50
We have been a business customer of Standard Bank for almost 20 years. Making immediate payments from the banking App keeps our business reputable. I dont always take cognisance of the fees (usually around R10 for immediate pay). I noticed, however today, that an immediate payment is R35! I searched widely, to see where this 300% increase was advised, found nothing. Will be moving our account soon
Sad that I even have to give one star I was spam called by MiWay for insurance. Long story short, i asked for an email to compare their quote against my current insurer. No can do - just sign up. Then the banking details - couldn't pull up my personal banking details (I was cooking dinner) - just give us any banking details you have. To say I felt bullied is an understatement. I then tried to cancel. More woes. The caller advised it will be a 15 minute call. No idea why - surely it's a cut and dried issue. But no. They start with a huge questionnaire: what is the most important issue for you regarding your insurance? I truly don't have time for irrelevance. Just cancel the policy I was forced into taking
It's unfortunate that I even need to give a star. I ordered an item from LOOT. On receiving it, we unpacked the air fryer, and noticed straight away that the alignment was defective. We didn't even connect the fryer, as it was pointless. I arranged a return per the website, supported with photos of the clearly evident defect. I requested a refund (CPA) - yet, almost 3 weeks later, I'm still being robbed off with emails that say they are waiting on the supplier's response. I bought from Loot. They are my supplier. They are responsible for the item supplied. I am over R2000 out of pocket, with absolutely NO resolution on the horizon. Suggest that folk stay as far away from Loot as possible
Totally useless. An item was collected on 22nd in Tshwane. Tracking showed the item as out on delivery 24th. As at gone 6pm on the 25th, still not received. Their whatsapp chat, at 9am, rejects my messages as it's out of their hours (opening at 8am). Eventually got through to the Durban office and was told I'll definitely receive today, after mumbling some nonsense about scanners??? Clearly not so. Our supplier selects the carriers, so I had no option - other than to pay a fair amount for nothing
Makro - you absolutely suck! Daughter, recently relocated to Pretoria, bought a washing machine online with Makro. The machine was delivered yesterday afternoon. She installed it correctly (duh!) but couldn't get it to operate. Video called her dad, who kinda knows about these things... evident that the door lock isn't engaging. We advised her to contact them in this regard. She phones Makro this morning, and quote CPA (perfectly justified for an out of box failure). The woman she speaks to laughs at her, and ends the call I then pick up the reins, and after the same spiel I tell the lady that dealers can do an exchange within 7 days, under CPA. (We know this, given the fact we work in this industry). Suddenly the attitude changes, and they will process.... I try to lodge a complaint on Makro's site regarding how they treated 1st born initially.... Seems their feedback page is as 'friendly' as their consultants. They rejected my email address, which I've had for 17 years I give up!
On the few occasions I have dealt with Terry, I have experienced the most outstanding service. Prompt replies, fast service, and attending to finer details that I should have done online - Terry has done these amendments for me. Incredible service and efficiency, and all conducted in such a pleasant and friendly manner. Thank you Terry
