Leroy Merlin Online Ordering Failure
29Jan Order placed Online 31Jan Online order LLS2478366995 was partially delivered on 31 Jan’25 with no feedback on remaining items 3 out of 4 items still pending. No feedback was given as to the why most of the order was not delivered, you have to call them and wait for a response. Call references: 31Jan - 1099516 – consultant advised feedback will be given shortly..... nothing for a week... Customer called again 07Feb 1103569 - consultant hang up the call 07Feb 1103573 - placed call on hold for over 20minutes no feedback 07Feb customer send enquiry to the orders mailbox. 10Feb was told stock was not available, no details on payment refund 11Feb still waiting on refund….

Asus fails customer
Purchased a ASUS - ROG Strix Go 2.4 Wireless Gaming Headset via Takealot. Noticed after some time the plastic above the earpiece arm was broken. The plastic is very fragile and headset was on a stand to minimize wear and tear. Device send back to takealot to replace, week later only there appeared a replacement rejected message on the return feed. When queried takealot couldent find the reason and was helpless in resolving. They just ended up sending device back with no reason. Asus this products design is weak at best.

Takealot Asus never again!!!

When queried takealot couldent find the reason and was helpless in resolving. They just ended up sending device back...which took them more than a week to do with numerious calls and emails to them. They have no foot when it comes to Asus. Asus product weak at best

RWL Attorneys Dissipointing Service
RWL attorney acting executor for my late parents Estates, have to beg them to feedback... lucky if u get updatesd once per month...almost been a year now and still not concluded yet. Chane and her line manager Gabrielle will ignore messages emails for weeks. No call backs...terrible service

Fruugo Online are Thieves...please Investigate them
2 Months after payment I still have not received my order. they claimed item was delivered but connot provide proof ...after continues follow ups with all communication channels they closed the case as resolved. Gone with the money any many hours of ur life...

FRUUGO ARE SCAMMERS. Ordered 2 months ago...Never received the item. When you finally get hold of them which is nearly impossible on their own website platform or the courier service they tell u ur item shows as delivered..no follow up no investigation...No Nothing...useless and took the funds offcourse

They happily took my lawmmower in for a service quote...14 days later still no feedback or quote. Call them few times...best they can advise is the repare guys will call in a day or two...many days later nothing

Builders Really NOT ready for Online Sales …Refund still pending…Managers shocking service
Builders Online advertised an out of stock item “Ryobi Brush Cutter” with the incorrect image, which they only attempted to update 4 days after it was brought to their attention. I applied and paid for the product. They couldn’t find a replacement and quickly offered a refund…which still has not been concluded 11days later. -2 Days After the attempted incorrect item delivery (I send the driver back with the item) I called them up, builders having no recollection of the event and they took another week to conclude that the item was in fact incorrect. Another few days and numerous calls to the Online Manger…(which on a good day is only available perhaps once) he confirmed the item was sold out and a refund can be done. 5days later…no refund and no feedback… When you call they cannot find much details on the system and a new request is logged…with the promise “we will get back to you soonest” and most times the managers are not available, when they are they cannot resolve a simple stock, refund, or update client query. Stay away from any online sale with them

Parcel not received a month later...no service at all
Still waiting on a order that was said to be delivered in a day. Now been more than a month...14Oct placed. They keep send updates stating that the order has been delivered to your address. They are unreachable telehonocally and when you email they respond with a generic line or just dont follow through. Cannot trust these guys with the smallest order.
