Bad service/ incompetent consultants
I called multi choice regarding my payment and I got four useless consultants including a team leader..Sithembiso and Zukiswa , I made a payment however my subscription is still suspended my ref is 62570657 Instead the tell me to wait for 10 min it will be reconnected but nothing is 6:00am

Scam
I have been paying my personal loan since but the money is not decreasing and when I check my clear score updates it shows that I haven’t been paying 😡😡I’m taking this to the ombudsman because they debiting my two accounts and that was not even the agreement worse they ruining my credit score
