Hi I by accident paid R20 000 into my @Home account It should have been paid to Wesbank (FNB) I only realised the mistake the next day I hold my acc at @Home for 7/8 years and have never been in arrears with them and my acc is outstanding around 8k After I spoke to my bank they told me to call @Home as it should not be a problem to get a refund I spoke to @Home and they understood that I made a mistake and send me a e mail on the 13th of Jan 25 and undertook to refund me in 24 to 72 hours Today the 17th i CALLED them but nobody was helpfull in any way I mailed the person at @Home and got a sms that they will lodge a new request for the refund What a difficult lot to deal with Not helpfull at all Even if they settle my 8K full outstanding with them they would still owe me 12k After this I will close my acc with them This is no way to treat a paying customer Shame on you

We decided to go top the vacation club firstly for my sons birthday and secondly to watch the Dricus du plessis fight On arrival we noticed that the TV in this unit was faulty We reported it to them On the Saturday my wife went down to your help desk 4 times to report it to them They had POOR service At about 7pm Saturday she went back to them They gave her the key to 310 and told us to move This was stupid as i had a fire going and we prepared for the fight I refused I regeusted a manager to the unit a JUNIOR manager came out He could not do anything and was on the phone constantly and just said sir yes sir no sir After the many years that i bought timeshare sStayed in all the hotels etc WORST SERVICE EVER Your service is worst than the SA Goverment service
After i wrote a reveiw on the Renault Roodepoort branch a lady at their service department took over the service and repairs of my sons RENAULT MEGANE RS TURBO as it was a gearbox and the replacement cost was very high se kept me in the loop daily She changed the way I feel about Renault and will buy from them again I feel I must compliment Naseeha for the xlent effort and a job well done
We bought a Renault Megane RS for my son NICE car The after sales and service department is shocking They can teach gov departments how to go slow DO NOT EVEN TRY to call them On Friday I called 6 times and on the 7th call insisted to wait untill I could speak to the service advisor She promised to get back to me Monday early After 3 calls today she was on the line and on my next call she was on lunch After i requested to speak to the Dealer Principal he is not in today maybe tomorrow You guys have a good product but your after sales team will prevent any person to buy from you again
I must have bought over 15 cars from the owner Niyaaz On each vehicle he went the extra mile on finance to the end Any problems that we had on any car was resolved in a xlent manner Will always revert back to you 5 Star sevice
