McDonald’s mall of Africa I saw a promotion on mc Donald’s app this morning “19th March” showing they have a last chance of the R10 breakfast, when I got to the restaurant they told me I can’t buy becausw they’ve reached their target, mind you I arrived there at 8. Why don’t you state on yiur promotions that you have a certain target than give customers Hope? It’s ridiculous honestly !

The wait times to be served were unacceptably long. After browsing for a while, I approached a sales associate only to wait in line for what felt like an eternity. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it was clear they were understaffed. Given the lengthy wait, I expected exceptional service once I finally reached the counter. Unfortunately, the assistant seemed disinterested and rushed, barely answering my questions. To improve, Truworths should focus on managing wait times and ensuring staff are attentive and engaged. Efficient service is key to a positive shopping experience. *Tips for Truworths:* - Hire additional staff during peak hours to reduce wait times. - Provide training to ensure employees are attentive and knowledgeable about products. - Implement a system to manage customer flow and expectations. *My Experience:* Long wait times, disinterested staff, and a rushed service experience. Not recommended for those valuing efficient customer service. It’s so unfortunate that it’s an everyday thing !
I mistakenly left my jacket at that hotel sometime end of Jan/ early Feb, the following day my boyfriend went there to look for the jacket and they told him he must wait for the supervisor to come in work because she or he is the one that took the jacket. We went to the hotel again the day she was working and they said they can’t see the jacket they will give us a call back when they found it. They then called us saying they found it, we went there and when we got there they said they don’t see where they placed the jacket again. Now it’s March since they said they will call me back to ask me how much the jacket cost me so they can replace it, they never called me till today. I spoke to the receptionist called Lebogang, I didn’t get the supervisor’s name…so they literally took my jacket and now won’t give it back

Burger King mall if Africa I ordered a double cheeseburger meal using Bolt food and I selected pick up. They kept changing pick up time for 30 mins which I kind of understood. I then received a notification to pick up my order, and on my way I got another notification that my order was picked up,which I did not. I got to the restaurant and explained my issue, they looked at my order number and didn't say much to me. I had to wait another 30 mins there,,,I then had to go to them again and asked what was happening ...no one knew what was happening with my order...they just started preparing my order when I asked again...and I got a Burger that was not even double cheese,,,just one cheese inside he burger.
I was at Randburg Square when Clientele agents approached me and my friend and told us they are giving out free grocery vouchers,i told them i want a funeral policy but i want to read and understand how it works when i get home,they gave me a document to read and said they want to give us free vouchers to use at shoprite.They asked for our bank cards saying they activating those vouchers and we have to use our cards to swipe for selected products at Shoprite which they showed us,and they swiped them and gave us vouchers numbers,month end Clientele deducted R544 from my account,when i call they saying i have two policies with them and i told them i did not open any policies with them and asked them to cancel my policy but they keep on updating my details on their system and when i check online they added a beneficiary which i dont even know,mentioned as my spouse,even today Clientele is still deducting money from my account amd they blocked my bank from reversing the debit order.Suprisingly i am not the only one who was scammed at the mall by those Clientele guys
