Been struggling for 10 months now to get Absa insurance to fix my garage door. They keep sending out a company called RCE Electrical who dont have a clue how to fix a garage door. Told ABSA insurance numerous times to send a different supplier but no we Keep going round in circles, Absa assessor then RCE over and over again AND STILL THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED.
This company *****s from the elderly. On the 7th of March 2025 Nabeelah Parker promised the R2500.00 owing to my 83 year old mother in law would be paid within 14 days. To date no payment received and when you phone them there is no answer or they put the phone down on you and they don't reply to e-mails.
This joke of a company continues to suspend your services even though your account is in credit. After numerous telephone calls and e-mails nobody can give you an explanation as to why they do it. I was promised by Larry that a manager MR. Nicol would contact me and I am still waiting. WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A COMPANY.

I am a motor dealer that deals with all the major banks with regards to vehicle finance and I have never experienced such BAD SERVICE as I have with Marquis Finance. After at least 20 phone calls they only answered the call twice then put me on hold for ever. Tried sending e-mails (over 10 of them) to two e-mail addresses and still have not got a reply. Dont even think about using them as there is no service.
This company has the dumbest people working for them. For over a year now they have called me every day looking for a Sumaiyah Seconds and I have told them over 100 times she does not work here. They ignore what you tell them and harass you everyday.
On the 3rd May returned an air fryer which was still under guarantee as was not heating up. Returned on the 6th May to follow up to discover my air fryer was still behind the counter and nothing had been done. Monday 9th May received an e-mail from Yuppiechef stating it would take 3 to 5 days to sort out. On the 17th May still no contact from Yuppiechef so I contacted them. Received an e-mail from Daniel Bouch who stated he would follow up and get back to me. Today 19th May and still no feedback from Yuppiechef. Phoned the store to speak to the branch manager Wade Marais and was told he would contact me. Still waiting.... SHOCKING SERVICE
Mark couldn't do our wedding photo's due to covid but arranged another photographer to do the job. Mark did however do a wedding book for us and it is fantastic. Great job Mark much appreciated.
Got married at Suikerbossie on the 11/12/2021 and it was magical. Great venue and the food was outstanding. The service was brilliant and everything flowed smoothly. If you looking for a wedding venue then Suikerbossie should be your only option.
Booked to stay at the Chapmans Peak Hotel on my wedding day and told them numerous times it was my wedding day. Arrived at reception to book in and no congratulations or well wishes. Get to the room and there was NOTHING, no bubbly, no flowers, no card, NOTHING. Only stay at this hotel on your wedding day if you want them to ruin it.
