I am having a horrible experience. Our container was collected without issue, where after I keep receiving the same document errors. Now I have to pay a storage fee, even if I responded to the document errors. Re-uploaded the “error documents” multiple times. I have emailed multiple times without a single response. I have phoned multiple times, waiting in a que for 45 minutes or more each time just to end up back on square one. My container is now in possession of Seven Seas and I have no idea how to resolve the matter. Seven Seas loaded a storage invoice to my account before the two week period to resolve any document issues passed. Reference number: 000/441/531
We have a unit in Northern Views available for rental. We contacted Huizenmark (Wynand Labuschagne) on 12 October to assist with the rental of the property that will be available 1 December 2021. Wynand assured us that he has a list of potential people interested and there is no need for us to worry about getting tenants for the 1st of December 2021. On the 22nd of November we still haven’t heard anything from Wynand, we contacted him for feedback, and he promised to send through the contract of the potential tenant. On the 25th of November still no feedback or a contract was received, I contacted Wynand once again requesting to please provide feedback on the progress of the rental. Once again empty promises!! From 26 – end of November I contacted Wynand several times to please give me some sort of feedback, empty promises once again! I explained to him that we cannot sit without tenants for an entire month and this over December, but clearly, he couldn’t care less!! On 30 November we received a contract of a potential tenant to move into the unit on the 15th – only to find out the next day he will only be moving in, in January. Today I decided to approach alternative companies and to also list the property myself. The sad part is, if I only knew Huizenmark was so bad I would have approached a few other companies as well and also listed the unit myself. Now we sit with an empty unit over December and Huizenmark couldn’t care less. I don’t understand if he struggled to get tenants why wasn’t he honest from the beginning but instead he lied and said, I quote; it’s a very popular estate, I have a list of potential tenants, I will definitely be able to find tenants for the 1st of December!!! This is one of the worst experiences I ever had with a property rental company!! Its disgusting!!!

I placed an order with your for a metallic garmin strap. When the starp arrived the wrong pins were delivered. I returned the strap and wrong pins, only to receive no feedback from you guys. When I logged into my account the return shows concluded but I never received the correct order or a refund. I emailed takealot only to receive the response telling me to email Fabulously Fit directly. I messaged Fabulously Fit only to receive a rude response telling me this is not their problem and you guys should refund me. After 10 phone calls - rude staff still waiting for feedback!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had a Jet account for more than 10 years! Always in good standing, the last few months I didn't buy anything on my account but somehow get charged interest for R80, how on earth is this possible if my balance owing is R 0 !!!!!! I've been phoning Jet every month to correct this but all I get is empty promises and the rudest staff EVER !!!! This is just stealing!!!!! Please can someone correct this and just give a bit of good customer service to loyal customers??????
After numerous complaints, please see previous reviews on hello peter. I was eventually contacted by one of the consultants from Vodacom Centurion mall. She informed me that I will not be able to upgrade straight away due to them not having stock of the new iPhone 12 BUT she will put me on the waiting list for a phone and will contact me as soon as stock is received. This is months back and I can assure you that stock was received... WHY was I not contacted, did she lie and NOT put me on the waiting list????
Worst service ever!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for over a decade!!! My contract expired end of May and I didn't upgrade and went over to pay as you go. 2-week back I decided to upgrade my phone. I went to Vodacom in Centurion Mall, the sales lady just said sorry we cannot upgrade you due to an outstanding amount on my account. This wasn't possible as my account was deducted via debit order, after basically asking her nicely several times to please check as this cannot be possible, she eventually phoned customer care with a very rude attitude!! Customer care informed us that the mistake is on their side and they will rectify the problem within 24-hours. Last week I tried upgrading again online and once again was informed by credit score was low due to an outstanding balance on my account. I phoned today and spend 90-min on the phone once again with NO luck, every consultant I spoke with just transferred me to another department!!! How can your service be so bad??? This is a mistake on YOUR side but not one of your staff members are willing to help and assist me to fix your problem! I am really utterly disgusted!!!!
