I am actually so over all of this, aland lack of service from CCD Couriers. I ordered the rain101 last year December. I requested the old device be collected and the advisor told me he will arrange for that to happen, he further advised me he booked the collection. No one from CCD Couriers came out, this is the company Rain uses for deliveries and collections. A second request was then loaded, and no luck. Rain has now *******ly loaded my account now, putting me in a very arrears amount, because of the fact that CCD did not come out to ever collect, and they now want to charge me for the device that was not collected. I requested collection last week Friday between 8 and 10am (last week Friday), for the third time, it is Monday 16:35 and still the device is here. CCD Couriers simply called now, and when I expressed my frustration, the lady replies, "Hmm I don't know about that, you must speak to a supervisor to fine out", does not offer to transfer me, makes it my responsibility to get ahold of the supervisor. Rain and CDC Couriers, are the most unprofessional companies I have come across.

When you call into rain, the people they got to handle their call center, also make statements like, "I am not sure, I just work here", how disgraceful, and I am going to make sure I make this trend on all social media platforms, let's see how it goes when you start loosing customers.
I am a very unhappy rain client, the account I took out with Rain was suppose to be R649, they suddenly added an additional home 5G to my account without my permission, and now upped the account to R1200 without my permission. The entire time, I did not question it, I figured because my account was a bit behind that is what caused it, upon check the detailed statement, they added on additional item, when calling rain now, Freddy or so he said his name was call took place at 12:52 on the 24th of November 2025. I am extremely upset, And now they confirmed I have been over paid R6479 up until now, and they want to give me the run around and stories, Many people have spoken about incorrect billing and debiting and now I have fell victim to this
Pixel Beauty is owned by one of the most disrespectful business owners you can ever imagine, She is entitiled and has zero respect for clients that she works with. She addresses and speaks to her clients with Zero regard, and I have been informed that she makes threats against people when she does not get her way. I would never recommend giving this company any form of business, unless you want to be mistreated and given no respect by the business owner.
I contacted Indibano Auto body repair services for a replacement of a window, as well as a quote on damages to a vehicle. I asked for the vehicle quote for repairs last year November and we are now in May, and I still haven’t received it. Upon calling for the window, they call and give me a cost for the window, they booked my car in, I left it there the day, and they had it the whole day, when I get back to my car, the window is still not fixed, they tell me their suppliers have them the wrong amount, however when I called the same provider they said to me they did not give Indibano the incorrect amount of window, they gave Indibano everything correct. When I addressed these concerned both Kieran and Lorenzo became arrogant, and had such a terrible attitude, this is so unprofessional and terrible customer service.
I had an appointment at Eve on board, I booked the deep French for 100 according to their website, I called 3 times prior to my appointment to confirm what I wanted to do, and the cost? The one lady proceeded with confidence to tell me my total will be 385 including my wax. I proceed to my appointment, once I get there, I then again confirm what I am doing and the cost, the nail tech tried getting me to go more experience and I said, I don’t want gel just acrylic for 100, after my treatments I get to the till and get told my total is 630, upon enquiring this they proceed to tell me it’s gel on my nails and nail art. I called head office, they have been no help, they instead went to explain how we got to the total, only then at that point telling me it’s gel and not acrylic on my nails and there is nail art, but the only thing I’m nails is a french line, which stated “DEEP FRENCH 100”, I proceeded to tell her I told them 4 times what I wanted, it was their job to ensure they do what I had booked for. They are not willing to assist!! A previous appointment the nail tech was 45min late, they had to get a new nail tech and my nails were still not up to standard and rushed, my nails are constantly chipping, the service here is horrific.
I had the absolute worst experience 2 days apart from one another at Groenkloof hospital. I was rushed to the hospital Sunday morning at 01:00am due to a kidney infection. When I get there the intake nurse there was so unfriendly and spoke to me with alot of attitude, during my stay there there was nothing poo in their toilets that was not cleaned up and the bathrooms smelled terrible, there is another nurse that was on duty by emergency that would interior the doctor giving patients feedback and then it would be about something that can wait, they left me for 5 hours only when I had demanded the doctor come give me feedback, she suddenly appear and I was giving all information and was discharged within 20min from me complaining. I was told to return Wednesday for the results of the further testing I had done, I returned and had to wait 30min for a nurse to call me in for vitals and an additional hour just to be taken into a room, there there I had waited another 30min to be seen and was only seen because I requested to rather be called with the feedback. Upon approaching the nurse (Sister Bester) elderly lady with a blond hair in a bob, I had asked her if the doctor could rather call me with the results as I have to fetch my son my school, she was so rude, raising her voice and pulling her face and being plain out rude, I had then asked her why is she being rude and speaking to me like I am illiterate and I will report her, suddenly 2min later the doctor was yjeee giving me feedback on the matter and I was discharged
WILGERS LIFE HOSPITAL is the worst hospital on the planet of this earth I swear. They had him there since Tuesday, they took bloods and insisted we keep me him there, so they can put a drip in. And if not we must sign a paper saying we refuse there help and we are going against their advice. Wednesday morning, he pulled the drip out and they left it out because he wasn’t going to Keep it in and the point of the admission was to keep him hydrated They gave him the same meds I had a home orally and made me administer the medication. Thursday morning, the doctor comes and says he has a viral infection but they don’t know what because they waiting for the stool sample. And later that night they do a nose swab. Friday morning/yesterday the Dr comes in at 7:30 somewhere around there, speaks to them nurses and not my mom, they only told my mom what was happening when she eventually asked. All they end up saying was “they cannot find anything, so he must go home”, they don’t speak to my about it more, my friend that is a nurse had to go ask them to explain exactly what is happening. So they sent him home in the same condition he was in when he was admitted they very same condition they said if not treated can lead to hypertension or his organs failing and drying if he does not stay hydrated. So I wasted a week at hospital to come back home with no answers
I had the worst possible experience with this place the daycare referred to is located in 426 Anton can wouw street, waterkloof Glen, Pretoria 0010 The owner Maryna stern is such a rude owner, she has no respect for the teachers at the school, she swears the teachers and tells them they are useless and the same with the office manager. She asks her teachers to come in weekends for meetings and does not pay them over time for this, she throws things around in the classrooms at teachers. They say every term the kids much bring 4 hand soaps, 24 toilet rolls and maybe other things like paper and she claims it is for the kids, meanwhile they use the things in the bathroom for the staff members. They have a teacher by the name of Lewis who was fired for hitting a child and 3 weeks later Maryna called her to come back to the school. The teachers pull the kids around and screams at them when they make a mistake or have an accident, there is ONE bathroom for the entire daycare and boys and girls in the 15months - 2 years class go to potty together, the rest of the kids use that one bathroom. The kids barely have enough space to learn and sleep, in the bigger classes. The baby class has a very dirty carpet that smells horrible and if you look closely you see how dirty it is and it makes the kids very sick. Every second day the kids eat the same food. She pays her staff between 4000 and 5500 and if the teachers have to go to the Dr or take off she deducts between 500-1500 for them not being there. She gives teachers warnings for things they were not present for, but because they the head teachers they get the warnings. The office manager Tiana fights with the teachers to carry her child around and give her child all their attention while the rest of the children has to be neglected. The staff members mainly Tiana son can be at school if he is sick but other parents children gets denied eduction when they are sick. The receptionists there are two gets paid at least 2k more than the teachers and Maryna banks big bucks for herself while not paying her teachers enough to survive. When you ask her to see video footage at the school regarding an incident she refuses to sit with you and allow you to view it as she feels she doesn’t owe parents that and claims she will watch the footage and we just have to trust what she says and half the time does not even view the footage. The standard of the school and the education is extremely bad and I would not recommend using this school
I am honestly so sick and tired of Discovery Medical aid, I have been telling them since January that my email address is wrong and that I am not recieving emails from them, my son had to get his tonsils and adenoid removed and I called in to find out which ENT specialist is covered by them, they referred me to this Dr, and now I get this lovely bill for the anaesthetic doctor of over 4k, I call them to ask them what is going on they say the Doctor is only covered up to 100%, I say to them no one ever told me to confirm this, they ask me if I got the authorization letter stating all of this, I said to them no I didn't because I have been telling you guys my email address is incorrect, the advisor helping me says well this is our rules and it is not covered, I ask her to speak to a manager they have me for over 10min if not longer, The manager helping me is rude and unprofessional and speaking over an already upset client, I am so sick of Discovery taking advantage of their clients, they are **** expensive and then still pull **** like this, now they want to try and make this my fault and problem when if I said yes I got the preauth letter they would have said the letter states it, now that I am saying I didn't get it now they want to tell me bull**** about plan types and whatever else, I am taking this now to facebook, instagram and twitter as well, this call took now with the rude manager took place about 20min ago
