I have requested a for a downgrade on my subscription and was not informed that I am going to pay more for just to downgrade and was not give the correct information so that I can make the correct decision to assist in my time of financial difficulties I was supposed to pay R575 and now I am supposed to pay R856 just to downgrade and no one told me this was on the table for me to pay and now on top of the problems I have i am supposed to pop up more cash that o don't even have , while dstv have constants who are supposed to info u about the choices u have .This I really painful and hurting and really help from the people who are at account who can help with this matter will be highly appreciated .
I have bought 3 laminating machines and they were all not working I requested a refund so that I can buy another brand but I was only refunded for 2 machines and have been requesting my refund nkw for days sending emails back and forth with no success.

I have called customer care they kept on saying they fixing my problem with no success as now when I check my balance is R845. And no one can explain it to me. I have paid two months forward but I am still behind. I regret taking their package and also very angry because I have used my airtime and travelled to dtsv with still no explanation and they say I must again call price lock which the phone was dropped in my ears today when I was transferred to understand what is happening.

Hi I have been trying to get to finchoice but with no success as they need my old information which I have been giving to them is like I am getting nowhere as my calls are dropped after they say the information is wrong but what I am asking is that then there is no other solution like send your id copy so that they can verify is they speaking to the correct person. There must be another forms because my account is very old account I can't remember some of the details so my world have to stop due to that. I need a paid up letter from them so that I can sort out credit status.
Hi I have been asking for a paid up letter for my cheque account which had an overdraft for some time now with no assistance I have called went to the bank but nothing the lady at Bank even referred the matter but the relevant people who are supposed to help me just don't care of my needs as their customer.
