Their service is atrocious. I've been trying to get hold of them to change my email address because my business name has changed. You wait for hours on the phone, you cannot chat to someone on their website and they don't respond on Facebook. Bear in mind I've been with them for 10 solid years.
So today before 14:00 I placed an order with UberEats. It is now 15:39 and I am still waiting. According to the app this is the 3rd driver who is supposed to pick up my order. Bear in mind this is not my first bad experience with UberEats, but it is my worst for now 🤬
So after my experience with purchasing the gt smart watches from vodacom, my orders have been cancelled. Vodacom then only refunded me an amount of R280,00 for my first order and now I'm trying g to get my other R280.00 from them for my second order.
Tuesday 18th July 2023 my son's and I each purchased 2 huawei smart phones from Vodacom. We received our confirmations emails and order numbers. Today my son and I both received texts stating our orders were cancelled, and gave a number to call if it was done in error which we did. We were told to email eshopsupport@vodacom.co.za. Did that as well and received an automated response. No texts from RAM couriers either, as that's the courier service they use. Vodacom need to explain why our orders were cancelled after receiving our money and now they're just quiet.
I purchased a tv online on 15th May 2023. First i received an email from them on 21 May 2023 with my invoice, then i received a mail regarding delivery. Thereafter i received a message stating my order has been delayed due to high order volumes. When i called the 0860300999 number this morning, i was told my order has been diverted because of a system update. Makro just dont seem to be able to assist after i paid a whopping R9999.00 to them and their promise of delivery 2 - 5 days.
I ordered good from them in February already and they still haven't delivered. On 11th March they asked for my banking details which i did, to give me a refund. I was told very publicly on Facebook to check with my bank for my refund. It is 15th April already and still no refund.
I wish I had something good to say. I haven't been to this resort yet, but I have enquired as my husband and I so much wanted to go there. Unfortunately after sending messages on their whatsapp number provided, I was blue ticked and ignored. Bear in mind as I said we have never had dealing with this resort prior to sending messages. I also enquired via their website and Facebook messenger.
I just saw my Credit Score reflecting FNB EDG Multi Product as an enquiry from FNB. I never app**** for a loan from FNB and do not know what this is. Please close this under my name, it is a false accusation and ******* and affecting my credit score
On the 9th February 2023 I placed an order with Freeway Brands. My order was supposed to be delivered on 23rd February 2023 already, but I still haven't received anything and they have excuses all the time. Bear in mind i had to pay R85 in courier fees which I did.
So I got a water dispense from aquazania on a 7 day free trial. After receiving the free trial, I discovered the machine is leaking. I called aquazania and it was replaced yesterday. To my dismay I discover there are little insects of some sorts in the water. I also mentioned to my husband the bottles are dirty, looks like they refill the bottles. I am totally disgusted.
