Am very disappointed with the service we have received from you I have been calling the office wanting to know feedback regarding the security amount that is due to be refunded I called on numerous occasions during the course of the week and every day Am promised to check and get back to me but you never do. Question is, are we getting the refund or not so I can take the next step On all these occasions I have been communicating with Buhle and I must say the level of professionalism is not the one, we should be getting as clients
Dissatisfied with the service I made a payment of R770 for the Tekkie town account, on the first using the Eft method and the details provided, now Am receiving notification that My account is in arrears and monitored. I need to make a payment before end of business today
Good day As a car track client or customer I must say Am very dissatisfied with the service from you guys. On Monday I called requesting a copy of my contract and to find out about the recovery warranty on my car only to find out my car was no longer under the recovery as of October 2024 and I was not informed. I was then told that a new device will be in the car, "cool" Wednesday I received a call from Jacob Matlala who scheduled an installation appointment for 6th July at 12:00 however no details of the technician were provided and no one has come. I have been calling to find out what is going on but I keep on being transferred to the control department If anything should happen to my car who will liable for that.
Am so fed up with multichoice services on the 27th of December I received a call from an agent Andisiwe introducing the price lock subscription, which I was interested in signing up for it, but when she mentioned that my payment date will change from the 15th to the 3rd. I then told her not to subscribe me to that, as I always paid my account on the 15th, she rudely hung up the phone and went ahead with the subscription. On the 2nd of January I made a payment of R160 for my subscription and to my surprise on the 4th they debited my account. I called to enquire and was told they will cancel the subscription and listen to the recording then get back to me within 24 hours and because I did not agree to the subscription they won't charge me the cancelation fee of R180, today my services have been disconnected and told I need to pay 229 to connect. I called the contact center, spoke to a very unprofessional agent by the name of Kamva, I spent 45 minutes on the call to speak to the supervisor who he said was Kelvin who never came to the phone until I hung up. So your agents are *****ulently signing us up on subscription we never agreed on. I need my services connected before end of business today.
I am very disappointed with the service I received from a Capitec consultant situated at the Kempton Square branch, by the name of Sakhile/Sakhiwo. My sister sent money to a Capitec account that I have not used for years, been to the bank a couple of times to enquire about the account not being active, yet it can receive money and am sent from Pillar to post. My sister went to the branch to reverse the money back to her Capitec account and was told that it was impossible. How do I have an inactive account that can receive money but cannot do any transactions, that is daylight *******. the consultant who called me to confirm that I had received the money was so rude, in a manner that when I asked questions, he said he wouldn't answer to me and put a phone down on My ear. Why am i receiving notifications of transactions on an inactive account, yet even on the App it says I do not have any active account? I went to the branch in Festival Mall and was told that the account in question was on hold because it was under investigation, and advised to go make an affidavit stating that I do not know anything about My account being paused. Capitec needs to stop with their ****s. It's either am getting the account active so i can have access to that money or they reverse it back to My sister's account.
On the 10 of May 2024, I went to the Engen filling station in Randburg braamfischer drive, to fill up my car, the amount was R200 however it did not show on my petrol guage that it has been filled, I notified the petrol attendant, who the told me, the petrol will reflect after a few minutes, I took a pic of the dashboard, drove for about 10 minutes and still not showing, then I took another Pic as proof, I drove with a reserved fuel until the light was flickering, lucky I got home, I arrived home at 18:30 still no show of fuel reflecting, I parked the car and went to check again at 20:58 and still nothing, in the morning checked again, nothing, sat night I went out to the another Engen in Tembisa to fill up and the petrol reflected immediately took a pic of this also as evidence. Monday morning went to the garage to report the matter and spoke to the supervisor on duty who promised to investigate and get back to me now Am being told everything on their side is went well yet I did get the petrol in my car. R200 is a lot of money.
On the second of September 2022 , I bought sandals at RAGE Birch Acres MALL , I have worn the shoes twice , on third time when I wanted to wear the shoes, I then realized, the bottom part was tearing and separating into two , I have sent an email to their customer service department , however I have not received any response

On the 6th of September 2022 I ordered food using the UberEats app, the costs R 95 .00 but to my surprise on the very same day , I was charged for an uber ride that i did not requetst , and this transaction happened before i could process the food order, this company is scamming people their money they work hard for.
