16 days later. Acc opened, deposit paid. Modem never couriered Emailed POP, FICA, image of device, date of move communicated Wrote multiple times that it correspondence must be by mail as I am in zoom for work and cannot take calls. For the sake of my work the internet must be continuous. Tickets made, emails sent, various agents, each not reading the previous, not just 1 basic checklist, a hell of a lot of communication with still zero fruit. At this point I expect who ever to drive through with my modem and get my internet activated. The entire complex is with you and this is the loyalty and service we get? Pity I can't rate zero. Suffered extreme financial abuse, zero help and I am needing to prove my point. Due to their bad admin I send them a written notice to end my membership. They did not react. I had to go to my bank to stop their debit order. Then suddenly they can email and now I got letters that my membership is cancelled due to non-payment. I am very careful of my credit score and will not take such abuse and continuous mails and threats. 6 communications later I am still just trying to get a letter. "Thank you for voluntarily closing your account"
