Worst cambelt kit
Worst quality cambelt you can buy!! I had my cambelt replaced and supp**** the auto service with the timing belt kit since it is the brand I want. The service notified me that they can't guarantee their work since I supp**** the part. I was confident since I bought the best - a Continental product. The belt lasted 80 km because of the roller bearing that seized, causing the belt to be torn apart. Luckily it didn't break that could have costed me my engine by bending my engine valves. I did a warranty claim and has to claim the service charge too. Trust in this brand is forever lost. Won't replace my Conti tyres with Conti's again.

No support service from rain
Can anyone at rain please come back to me with regards to my support tickets lodged 11 January (11636625) and 12 January (11651550)? My credit card details expires the end of this month, if it will motivate anyone from rain to contact me to cancel my subscription please?

Unisa is not the answer
To any prospective students I just want to say stay away from UNISA as far as you can. I studied 4 modules this last semester of 2020 and 2 of my modules` year mark have simply not been taken into account! What is the point of doing assignments during the semester if they count for zero but our tutorial letters state the weight clearly. And the cherry on top is if you need to pass a subject in order to do a next one. I can`t wait for Tukkies to announce online studies!! Unisa is cheap for a reason. Don`t waste your time and money with them.

Constant laptop issues
I have bought a Lenovo laptop on black Friday last year. It has been booked in twice now for the same problem. Problem still persists. Can you please arrange a manufacturer's refund. Seems all the rubbish are being sold on black Friday.

Incompetent accounts department
I registered for a course at UCT/Get Smarter before the deadline on 26th of April. I paid the money to the requested account on the 26th April. It seems that I am dealing with an incompetent company. Now after 12 calendar days I was notified its the wrong account and I will be refunded and will have to pass the course. I now have missed the opportunity to enroll at Stellenbosch which is probably way more competent than Get Smarter /UCT. My first module starts today. Shocking.

Unpleasant experience
The first time I have used Keymoves everything went well. But the second time it was horrid. If you intend to use this company just ensure you take out insurance. They have damaged some of my furniture including my brand new dishwasher with 5 scratches on it. I was advised that wrapping my furniture is not necessary because they use blankets. Insure yourself against reckless people.

Never take out any policy with Liberty Life.
In February of this year I have decided to stop making contributions to my pre-historic Liberty Life RA and rather transfer the fund to EtfSA.Up to date,Liberty has been playing for time by not being happy with the transfer documents or this or that.Signing the same forms over and over.Liberty probably wants me to give up and just keep the RA.And for those of you reading this,Liberty has a penalty if you cancel your policy (note:not transfer).Where the f have you seen a company in today`s life still doing business this way??Their products are out of date.Liberty Life could you please stop playing your game I don't want your ****ty policy anymore and please give your attention to Suzan Ramotsabi at EtfSA to transfer my RA.
