So I approached Legalwise on the 14th November regarding an Harassment case against me. I was promise I will get an email same day from Legalwise regarding my case but did not received anything the next day I had to follow up regarding this promised mail of which I then received. Mr. Lityelovuyo Konqobe emailed me there after to advised me that he will be my legal counsellor. He advised me that an layer will be allocated to handle my case of whom will be in contact with me before my court appearance on Thursday 5 December 2024. On Wednesday 27 Nov. '24 I emailed Mr. Lityelovuyo to informed him that I had no response from any attorney as yet. On Sunday 1 December I put a complaint forward to legal wise regarding this and till date have not had any feedback. For Legalwise it is common Knowledge how the legal system operates but not for the public. And I found it unprofessional to ignore your client communication an not to mention any sort of guidance or procedures. Clearly Thursday 5 December '24 I will have to go to Court on my own with no Legalwise representer all though I pay my monthly fees. Not impressed at all.

Needles to say that we have not received this payment as was promised. I will not recommend Randburg Carports and fencing to any one as Andrew has not got any idee of what his contractors are doing on a daily basis. Worsed company ever, lots of promises but only lies on lies. At 1st staff had idea what to do on the job like instead of removing old gutters they were sanding the gutters with minimum sandpaper. Also Ssaff did not have the correct equipment to do the job on site and had to borrow equipment from the owners in the complex to do the job. When you do race these issues with Andrew he will tell you lots of lies and make empty promises day after day. Very much like a con artist and needless to say the job is not completed as was promised.
I need assistants Izelle from Magalies Park is incapable of assisting us. We’ve booked online 2 nights’ accommodation for the 5th & 6th May ’22 at Magalies Park of which First Group Website booked us into two different chalet’s for these two evenings. I’ve informed Magalies Park of the confusion by communicating with Izelle since that time. It saddens me that her communication skills is of the worst I ever have experience as she does not follow up on our query without me reminding her. Until date still no solution I there for just want my money back as it was not my fault your website booked us different Chalet’s over two nights. I will not recommend First Group Resort to any one as they are clearly not interested in customer service and are of the opinion that they are big enough not depending on new customers or building their brand. Big companies like these with this kind of customer service are likely to fail in the long run.
So we placed an order 14 days ago only to be told it will take another 7-10 days for delivery. Worst online service ever my advise #Avo by Nedbank must fall as there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
So I went to Leroy Merlin Little False to view a Mega master smoker only to find out nothing is on display (on Natuanal braai weeken) when I approach a sales consultant Siyabonga he told me he can only have it installed for me by Monday. I than explaint to him but I need mesuremants of which him and his manager turned there back on me and walk away. I than approach another guy who will than suppose to follow up but could not assist either.Non of theseguys were prepared to go the xtra mile for meby getting me the mesuremants. I am in retail myself (25 years) and see trouble for Leroy feature if this is how they treet their customers.In Jo'burg we have the biggest choice in Africa of any supplier/retailer there for if the service is not up to standard you will loose clients as yoyr clients will go to the opposition without saying a word.
So I've been requesting my ROT01 from Momentum since 5 June '21 after they continue asking me the to submit the same info four times but up to date nothing from them. This morning I phoned them after which the lady promised me that she will send it today but needless to say still nothing from them. I will definitely not recommend Momentum to anyone.
So I purchase sneakers at the Northgate branch where the staff were very helpful, although I could not get what I want I purchase another sneaker. Two days later I phoned the Northgate branch telling them that I want to return the item, they inform me than that I can return it at their Cresta branch as I am working in Cresta. When approached the Cresta Branch the Manager told me that he can't refund me of which I asked him "so if I purchase the item in George I have to fly back to George for my refund of which he reply yeas and said the invoice nr. is only linked to that store. I than asked him to look for a sneaker of which I can than exchange he than replied he can't look it up, he than decided to look it up of which one pear was in Alberton & The Glen. i than asked him can he ordered it for he replied no. i than said can he call them he than said no. I am in the retail industry for the last 20 years and can there for say with this kind of service your stores will close one after the other. Does not matter how financially secure Mr. Wernars is, the Studio 88 group will end up like Platinum Group & Stuttafords if they don't look after their customers. I ended up going back to Northgate where I received awesome service.
