Poor service, bad service. I wrote a review about them putting me on credit bereau for a payment resulting from their failure to provide internet. they poned and told me to pay 50% instead. why would i pay 50% for someone else`s pro blame? the rep said to call me back but to date they did not. still proves how careless and bad they are with CLients, all they want is money and care less of their faults. never tsubscribe to this nonses
Bad service ever, I wrote to them for over 6months about my connection issues, internet was not working, they sent technician on site 2 times and it was still not working but instead they kept on deducting their R1100 every month despite the emails and calls. I then decided to cancel, they charged me cancellation fee while its their fault and listed me as not paid on credit burea.
I cancelled these simcards via the phone and app, they gave an email vbcancellation, I sent to them, also sent to customer care up to date no response, sent the same email to billing at voda they return kark massage that the inbox is not attended. since october I have been making calls from department to department no *** body cancells these simcards yet vodacom is deducting money for them.
I tested the 10 leads plan, and it worked very well for me. out of the leads, 2 Clients signed in and I'm still in process with the other 3. its way better than other services that I have been using, with the 2 jobs I would say over 100% return is made on the installment. My Manager Suvasha Devnarain keeps in touch and gives advice, I took her advance and it worked. I am happy and definitely doing 20 leads this month.
Bad bad poor service, pone does not have network, service aalways down, i lost business with this pone number. i cancelled the pone, game them a month notice, and they collected the pone the following month but today they are telling kark to other service provider that i owe they and they cant port my number, i have been sending them emails to prove the notice but non of them goes through. **** company this one, now i have to change my number cos of their incompetence.
I applied for business funding, got successful and approved and it's been over a year now waiting for funds, these guys keep on making lams excuses saying i didn't submit docs and when submitted they kept silent till date. Never do business with these government crooks, tgey they will steal and sell your business plan
I'm not happy with finchoice, i cancelled my funeral policy 6 months ago. They keep om calling me 3times every day asking me to take a policy again. I blocked them till my pone was full but they keep on calling with other numbers. I'm ****ed off and annoying but this unprofessional behavior. I truly hate this company and it's service. This is harassment
