I cant believe history repeats its self, I joined NDA cause I left DEBT BUSTERS. I left because they were terrible, once again they started strong and got terrible, now I am dealing with the same. Started strong and now NDA have dropped the ball, I have left emails and Called and i get no response. the service of these companies are all disgusting. none of you care. no one. This whole situation is a S C A M, i have realized that everyone out there is after your money and no one is there too help.
17 Years of commitment, you have made so much money off me, my business and my family and you still treat us like we are nothing. you have made more money out of just me then what my whole bond repayment is, which is also with standard bank. I feel sorry for you decision makers at standard bank. you must be sad people to run a company as pathetic as this one. I thought there was loyalty out there, but i was wrong there is only T H I E F S Here, we as the people are trying to survive and you come along ready to destroy us no matter the cost. Look at your rating. Can you not learn of that. I have been loyal to standard bank and even under debt review you still after me like I am nothing. C A P I T A L I S M
What a disappointment for a service providing company, my journey started and has now ended with Debt busters due to their own mishaps and errors that they take no accountability for. From false promises to pay refunds into my account, they paid them into the wrong account. still no Money received, to missing a creditor account and making it my problem. they just don't CARE to the service received from them that was really disgusting, If you are looking for this service I would NOT recommend them as a company to deal with or a company that will help with your debt problems. Don't fall for it. they take your money and RUN.
What a upsetting company to deal with, ignore your emails, pay the refund into the wrong account, not once now twice, zero accountability for your actions and once again the client is the one that suffers. why don't you care about the client. I feel I have been taken for a F O O L with this process. days and weeks go by with no communication, constant issues and no accountability. I am at a loss for words Debt busters, all these Broken promises. I am tired of complaining, how can I trust Debt busters moving forward.
Don't Care about the client, T H I E F S in the industry. is a way to place standard bank, reached out 6 times over a month then an assessor came out, then almost another month after nothing back from insurance. that is now 2 months of crying to the company i pay i protect my stuff. crying about things they should be helping me with. What a Joke of an Insurance.
I must say at the beginning this process was so lovely to deal with the people of Debt Busters, then they just don't get back to you. Going into Debt Review is hard for anyone that has to do it. I got my money taken form the bank and Debt Busters promised a refund, This process took forever and then you pay the refund (only a Portion of it) into the old account that is under debt review, now i cant access that money, I sent multiple emails and get the same generated response. I was really hoping that Debt Busters would be helpful in this regard. I am Truly Disappointed in you as a company.
I am Writing this as I have reached out on email for a assessor to come past my place to look into something and after getting the reply saying that someone will reach out within 48 hours. its now been a month and no one has contacted me, I need some assistance here please.
Been waiting weeks for an exchange to happen, the exchange was due to the item bought was broken and damaged within its own packaging, after fighting with take a lot about this, you said to me that you will resolve this, nothing has happened to date and all I get is rate my service emails. which obviously does nothing as nothing changes. This Takealot company is quite sad, you used to be NO1. but what happens when people make too much money they forget about the real reason why they make the money, we are your funding and we get treated like this. its really sad. but one day a better company will come and buy you out just like you did with Kalahari. all a bunch of sharks in the industry.
ALL I WANT IS TO ACTIVATE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT, you send me a email with no wording or attachment, you then resend the email after asking you too and the email cant receive replies, in the email there is no email address to send the CIPC form too, you are just so U S E L E S S FNB, you make our live even more difficult, so much for a seamless world we live in. All I WANT is an email address I can send my documents to so I can activate my account so my clients can pay me so I can survive. GIVE ME THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR BUSINESS..................
STANDARD BANK, its sad that when a client of yours gets *****ed. The worst is when the bank that couldn't protect its client. Then they ***** out the client. Money was taken out of my account, the amount wasn't huge but it was something, 3 Months later Standard Bank pay me back a tenth of the amount and close the case, they wont respond to emails, even my PRIVATE banker ignored this fact. How sad and disgusting, you have made so much money out of me, I have had my business with standard bank, multiple loans, overdrafts, homes loans, credits CARDS, multiple vehicles and insurence all with standard bank, but to them I am nothing, you call me a private customer, to you I am still a number. after making millions out of me, you wont pay me back the thousands that were taken from me, you disgust me, CAPILISIAM AT ITS FINEST...........
