Please beware of the colored guy that gives out a capitec account number when you ask for a link to pay customs. He opened that account pretending to be the company and tripples the price of customs telephonically. I almost got ****med.

I hope companies stop deploying them for delivery services. They lack communication and lie about delivery turn around times. The call centre offers absolutely no help.
My terrible review is about MTN Insurance. I took my phone in for repairs 17 days ago. I was advised that it would be repaired in 14 days. I have had to keep following up and nobody is giving me solid feedback. They advised that my device would be dispatched last week but still nothing.
The only thing Miway cares about is their image and not their clients. I have been waiting for my refund and the communication was that i will get it in 48hours. I have been paying my premium for 4 months now for a vehicle that is still at their repair center. They have been debiting my account since November for an undrivable car.
I have waited for them to fix my car for 2 months , going on 3 after Miway insurance sent my car to them. They are really rude, including the manager and they dont even provide feedback. 3 months later and they have still ordered the incorrect parts.
NU wagon , where Miway has sent my car is useless after 2 months of not having a car they tell me that they’ve ordered the incorrect part for my vehicle. I can’t wait for this claim to be concluded so I can cancel my policy
I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I had to get my own accident report when the claim handler sat back after not reaching the police. I paid R320 and I have been following up for a month: I take it this is just another claim and they don’t care. I really can’t wait to conclude my claim and switch insurances
I have been waiting for someone to contact me regarding my car hire from 12 noon, it is almost 4pm and I have stated repeatedly that I am going to work tomorrow. After their pathetic service and dragging their feet with my claim I still have to be the one to follow up with them. I am absolutely frustrated. I can’t wait until we conclude the claim so I can change my insurance.
