I received the best service from Nonkululeko Leepo, she explained everything to me nicely and politely. I had lot of questions to ask her and many changes I wanted on my policy, she assisted me so well. After our call I fully understood everything. Well done Nonkululeko do the same to others

I purchased few items on the Mr Price online for their promotion of buy 1 get 1 free. I then received my order only to find that they did not include the free items, I then emailed their customer service and Jessica Moolman replied and told me I won't get the free items because I didn't bag them. I told her there was no option on the website to bag the free item and I thought by choosing those items they will come with free ones. She was rude and not helpful at all. I raised a query to her and I get that u didn't bag them but now she is aware that I was supposed to get the free items why not assist me.
We are very disappointed with my family by the service we received at the hotel, we went to have Christmas lunch and we thought it's a buffet but when we got there we were served and the que was very long with only one waiter serving and she was also disappearing leaving us unattended, the staff was rude even the managers. The food were not refilled when finished they will just tell you it's finished but be expected to pay full price

Vodacom I am still waiting for a consultant to call me even today 15/11/2022. You replied 3 days ago saying a consultant will call but still nothing I don't, have the settlement letter even today.
I had a 2 years contract with Vodacom and in November 2019 i asked for a quotation to settle my account and the quotation was emailed to me then i paid the amount and send through the proof of payment , after a month my account was debited by vodacom then i reversed the transaction as i know that i have settled the contract with them only to find out that the consultant who was assisting me with a quotation to settle should have explained to me that the should be a last debit from my bank account,i was then asked to pay R360 of which i paid,but now the issue is my name is at ITC and i cant do anything. i called Vodacom several times to get a settlement letter but i have been waiting for 3 months now ,today 11/11/2021 i tried again to get the settlement letter but still i don't get help i have been calling them all day no assistance at all i even went to the Protea Glen Mall branch and thy telling me to call the customer service there is nothing they can help me with. i am so disappointed with the service at Vodacom

I got to Pep Home Protea Glen Mall to send my parcel via Paxi it is my first time using their courier service, I got to a lady cashier who did not have a name tag and I showed her the parcels I want to send and I asked her to recommend the size of the plastics I will need then she gave me the plastics and told me to go to the other side of the counter to place the parcels myself in the plastic. And I asked her what should I do next please tell me the whole procedure as it is my first time using your courier then she told me to take out my identity document, the receivers address and telephone number and wait to be called so they can scan the parcel. Then I put the parcel in the plastic and sealed it and they called me to come so they can scan my parcel only to find out that u was not supposed to close the plastic then the other cashier asked her if she told me not to close the plastic and she said no she didn't tell me. Then came another lady by the name of Thusang she started arguing with me and di3give me a chance to explain my story to her she was so rude and did not show any customer service to me she took my parcel and put it aside and left me there to help other people and came back later to argue with me more saying I must fix the mistake I did myself if I can't fix it I will have to buy another plastic. I was tired of arguing with her and I told her to please assume as I am late for my appointment already and she kept going on and on while helping me. I got the worsed service ever at Pep Home
