pathetic is an understatement to describe this company. I called in for a tracker i think in 2021 and the whole process of applying was done over the phone. we have recently sold the car and i called in to get the tracker canceled then i was told about a 2000 rand cancelation fee cause the contract was for 2years, so because i do not recall ever being told such or agreeing to that i required a recording since all their calls are recorded but till today I have never received the recording but they continued debit my account which I started reversing cause I was not gonna pay for something that I did not agree too. what is worse is that even after we sold the car which was sold to a person who stays in Cape town , I had never received any call from cartrack asking why the car is in Capetown cause this was even before I called in to ask for the tracker to be cancel. I would never advice anyone to go to cartrack unless you dont car for your vehicle
I'm really at a point of being frustrated with this company to a point where I feel if I have to struggle this much for banking details to be updated what more when I need to claim from my investments. I have been calling old mutual for the past 3months for banking details update after reactivation of an account they had closed without my knowledge and now they are dragging to update my banking details then soon I will find that I'm in arrears because of their incompetence. i am more than ****ed , having to beg a company to take my money seems pretty pathetic and at this point I'm considering taking my investments elsewhere
I just got debited 500 from rain and I don't know why because my account is up to date then when I call they made me send a statement and a screen shot notification of this transaction then after sending all that they tell me they can't see the money and that I must contact my bank. I have never been nmso ****ed
Im beyond angry and frustrated, these medical aids are totally a scheme. I have been paying for medical aid since 2018, it clearly stated that my in hospital amount is hundred and something thousand yet now that i went to go give birth only R4000 was paid by the medical aid and i had to pay R8000 pre admission fee cash just so i could deliver ok i didn't pay attention much to that but then after delivering i get an email from the baby's paediatrician that i need to pay R2000 in cash for his in hospital service and that my medical aid doesn't pay for it just cause me and my fiance had decided its best for us financially if the baby is covered by his medical aid so in a way moto health is forces me to put my baby in their medical aid for them to pay me giving birth to him.... Then just to add on the my frustrations i get an email that i need to pay the anaesthetist for the services he rendered as though it is ever possible to have a c section without me getting the injection that i was given which weirdly medical aid does not pay aswell, exactly why do i pay medical aid if i end up paying im cash more than what the medical aid pays. Im beyond angry to say the least, i just had a baby and now i have to deal with a frustrating medical aid that doesn't want to cover any of my bills.
Where can i start... Everything about my experience at this hospital has been the best. From my gynae Dr B Molamu who is thee best gynae, i must say i made the best choice when i chose him to deliver my first baby, then to the staff who assisted in delivering my baby they all made the experience the best kind ever.... The maternity ward staff, so sweet and kind, the place was clean, they attend to your every need with a smile.. The food that was served during my stay, i just felt like im in a hotel with the whole experience. I said this is my 1 and only child but after this experience gosh i might just have baby number 2 cause honestly they made it all so easy and an enjoyable experience
My grandmother has been paying the Woolworths funeral policy over a very long time... Last year june my grandfather passed away who she was paying for as well, she went to go claim but till today Woolworths hasnt paid her anything. Its disgusting how they would treat a senior citizen in such a manner, she has been wasting transport money going to the store to find out what has been happening with the pay out but shes always given a run around which is completely unaccessible
Im now at a point of not knowing what else to do cause we have been sending complaints but the only thing we have ever received was an apology with no action taken towards our complaints. Hyde park standard bank is the worst place, i do not recommend anyone to do their will with standard bank nor have an account with them. It is now a year since my grandfather passed away and even now as his beneficiaries we have no idea how much he has/had in his account, everytime we request a statement we are ignored. We were never even formally approached regarding his will nor called in as the beneficiaries to discuss everything, we havr been the ones running after standard bank but with no help... The estate is being handled by Sbahle Dlomo and Dannie Du Toit and the way things are going on at the moment we even starting to wonder if fraud is being done hence we not even given the right to see any statements towards my late grandfathers estate. At the moment we wanted to at least install a tombstone for my grandfather but all the emails iv sent to Dannie Du toit have not been responded and its sad that its been a year and my grandfather's grave looks like he never had money. I need help on this, me and my family don't know what else to do regarding to standard bank as the executors of my late grandfather's estate
Can anyone please tell me who this people are cause i out of nowhere have a loan with them from 2018 and whats disturbing is that iv never received any money from them or calls to pay back the money which iv never applied for nor received yet they showing on my credit score profiles
This is seriously disturbing. I saw this happy cash loans listed as a profile on my credit score and i have no idea who they are nor have i ever taken a loan from them. Im really in utter disgust with all these scamers who are ruining peoples names
The bad service that I have received from their contact center is unbelievable. I have been calling through out the day so I can get an authorization for my prenatal visit and well let's said 1 I got a rude consultant who hung up on me then the rest of the calls it's the phones bad reception and why I say their phones mainly because I'm calling with my work line and only with them there seems to be a connection problem but when I call other numbers the line is clear... But what's mostly irritating is that I haven't received my Auth.
