Ina Uys is the agent we used for the selling of our apartment. Ina is efficient, honest, dilligent and hardworking. Within two weeks we had a buyer, Ina has open communication and she told us to hold on and wait, she goes the extra mile as well. We would recommend Ina to anyone who wants to work with someone who is upfront and professional.
Simon is the agent we met when we viewed a property we were interested in. I have to say that this whole experience has been great. Simon is reliable, honest and friendly. He is a hard worker and talks to my husband as if he is a friend, it is easy communicating with Simon, he is helpful and even gives great advice. I would recommend Simon to anyone who is interested in buying or selling, you cannot go wrong!
I am peeved off to the extreme. Our contracts are running out and we are receiving numerous calls on upgrading, I answered three of these calls (the rest I ignored) and I told three different operators that I do not want to renew my contract, I do not want anything else added or extended or whatever, I only want to keep my number. I am a teacher, so answering these calls during the day is nearly impossible and it also is wasting my time. We made the effort to go in to a store to also make this known and we were chased away when they made the mistake of calling the incorrect person, we had a sick 2 yr old with us as well and I ended up leaving because filling out paperwork because I do not want a contract is wasting time. If a contract gets renewed they want to quickly do it over the phone so why is the phone calls and answers not sufficient. Not only that but there was a price increase as well lately, for what, no-one knows. These are the little things that make a huge difference if and when we decide to upgrade again.
I am a return customer of Simi/ Smell mai pitts/ Mothers nature tribe deo for more than two years. This has changed my life so much that I buy in bulk because I CANNOT live without it. I don’t use any other deo/spray because I DO NOT stink at all. My husband also started using it, he is also a teacher and coach and he also experiences the stunk free freedom! I love that product still allows for sweating (a natural bodily function) however I do not have to stink. This has given me the opportunity to move about freely without having to wonder how I smell. I have never struggled with any customer experience, I always receive my products in record time and if it is a bit melty (it is a natural product after all), it can be fixed with the fridge. There isn’t another product that works so well for me.
I cancelled my policy in April 2022 as they do not cover mental health, which is what I need in a gap cover. In June 2022 I sent an email stating that it has not been stopped yet. On 29 August 2022 I sent an email with my pay slip showing there are still deductions and a bank confirmation letter for the payment of my money. There was a telephone conversation as well before 29 August. Now I am picking up that there are still deductions taking place, nearly a year after I cancelled it the first time. It is not acceptable that these places keep on taking money which they are not authorised to take anymore. It is theft. I do not recommend The Unlimited to anyone due to the fact that you have to struggle once you want to cancel.
Wow! We bought a special and carefully selected our photos. The steps were easy to follow. We were kept up to date when it entered a new stage every time. We received it today (couriered from CT to Pta), the box was in tact, no bumps and dents. Each piece was carefully wrapped and nothing was damaged. The quality is stunning and we are so happy with the end product!! We can’t wait to place it on the wall!! Thank you so much for your excellent service and quality product! Value for money for sure!
Avo Nedbank states ANY person from any bank may buy from them. I’ve tried more than once to buy a product, worked through the help function and eventually I had to send my screenshots of the error to them. In the meantime the product which was marked down to R9999 shot back up to R12 599. Same product (other colour) is R 10 299 on their site, however I still can’t buy it. My heart was set on a certain colour and it’s a lot of money during these pressing times, everyone wants to save what they can. I was highly excited about Avo and even considered an account with Nedbank, however this whole ordeal has left me too disappointed to trust them with my account. Out of fear of losing out on the product I had to buy one from Incredible Connection (still not in the colour I wanted) for more.
We had expectations of Mit Mak motors due to their adverti*****ts and we knew people who had a pleasant experience. We wanted to sell a car, re-finance a car and buy another one we were interested in. We arrived early the Saturday morning and were told the car is at the recon centre, drove there for a test drive. We had to fill out a whole thing before we could take a test drive that took atleast 10minutes because their programme wasn't loading properly. We did not have to do this at other dealerships. We expressed our interest and submitted an application. We asked for an estimate installment but did not receive one, the salesman couldn't make the sums. We asked if they could match a price from another dealership - same model, make, year, with about 4000km difference - the other dealership was R20 000 less, however there was no negotiation, the manager or a more senior person was not advised, the salesman just said no. We then went onto getting our car inspected for a selling price and they offered R20 000 less than we were offered from another dealership, we obviously did not sell the car to them, as it was below the car's value. We spent a lot of time there with a lot of questions that could not be answered. We then returned later to get answers on questions, our salesman was not available as he was busy with another client, we said we will wait for him, we were not bothered by waiting. Another salesman decided to help us which we thought was nice of him. We asked him for the estimate of the installment, he took us to another sales person and he whipped out the Wesbank vechile finance calculator. I saw he put in the price of the car, and then loaded tax (tax is inclusive of the price) and then another amount and it came out as this ridiculous installment. I realised that they were not clued up and just accepted that and we left. I told my husband that it was shocking that sales people don't know how to calculate the installment - I did it myself and it was a much different amount to say the least. We did not hear anything from that moment on, we were not kept up to date, we emailed more paperwork and there was no confirmation that it was received. We called the Monday and followed up and asked to be kept in the loop as there were others also interested in the car. In the meantime we went to another dealership in Centurion, submitted paperwork and everything and it went faster etc because the salesman knew what clients had to know etc. The salesman from Mit Mak asked for documents which the other dealership did not require to lodge the application process. We hoped throughout the experience that it would improve, maybe they were having a busy Saturday, however that Monday we realised that we were not going to receive the basic service we expected. We hoped for a discount and better offer on the car we were trying to sell, however that is not what disappointed us. If we compare it to the service we received from Gys Pitzer and Motus Nissan we would not recommend Mit Mak at all. Not knowing the installment or not being able to give a realistic estimate based on faulty calculations and no communication from their side made it an unpleasant experience and not something we expected at all. After we told a friend about our expierience she told us about their own experience with Mit Mak and also something a close friend experienced. Both of them placed reviews on Hello Peter and after harrassing the poor woman to take off her review she did it just for some piece, my friend's husband however, did not. That also makes me question their adverti*****t statement because why are you asking people to take off their reviews from Hello Peter based on their experience? I don't think every single experience is unpleasant but every now and then there surely will be a bad experience. I hope something can be taken from this review to improve upon. UPDATE: We were contacted, I couldn't answer but they contacted my husband. He had a very pleasant conversation with a manager. He was asked to ask me to take down the review, my husband said it's not truthful upon which he was asked if it could be a 3 or 4 star instead of one - I settled on 2 because 3 is average and the service was below average. I understand the manager's point of view and I appreciate them wanting to improve and tackling the situation head on. However, it happened and it doesn't change what happened. I was dead set on buying the car we were interested in but the dealership in Centurion (we were two couples interested in the car, so it was a race to get the documents submitted) was so helpful and moved everything quickly so that the sale could be made and so that we could get the car. There was constant, daily, communication. These things (a client having a bad experience) happen and atleast they are few and far in between for Mit Mak. We decided that we would give Mit Mak a second chance when we are looking for a trade in etc, and if they can make good on the promises made via the phone and deliver a standard service, then I will remove this review.

We wanted a car from this branch and were in competition with cash buyers, it was a matter of who got their paperwork through the quickest. We worked with Solly, what a pleasant man! We already visited many car stands etc to find a specific car and before we got there the car would be sold. We called Motus Centurion and they said the car is still available. Solly took us to Dekra, where the car was standing after its check. Solly said we must drive the car back to the dealership to take a test drive. We apllied and everything went according to plan, Solly assisted us all the way and kept us up to date. We love the car and the service we received. The F&I, Diane, also was a big help. She got a rate and installment that could not compete with other by just applying her skills, we were astounded. Excellent service all around and we would recommend this dealership to anyone!
