Kenya airport I was on time from dxb to jomo kenyatta, when I got here they denied boarding pass even if the flight was still not gone, they changed my ticket to a different time after they changed it again to a different time now my whole day has been spent at the airport
I made an order an the 9th of September 2025 hoping it was going to take 5 days to be delivered to the home address. Order number is 31633484. 5 days passed they told me to give it more 2 days it will come. Those 2 days passed. Still even today I do not have anything I have ordered. I did send them an email regarding this on the 16th September 2025. They told me latest delivery will be 22 September. Still even today I have not received them and I was told the matter is being investigated. I explained to them that before ordering when you put address I was able to put a massage on whom to call sincewell I am outside the country and I am ordering for my loved one. Ackermans they told me they are investigating the matter and I dont have a turn around time. This is bad service because I am the customer they should be able to deliver my things on time and solve their problems later. Right now its already late
Hello I've received a message like this "Good day, kindly note your termination is back dated to the effective date 30.06.2024 due to resignation, any claims after this date is member?s liability. Gems" While I've sent an email like this " Hello I Thabang Fortunate Tau with ID 9402125068089.1 am writing this email to GEMS. To state that i have put a resignation letter today 1st of July 2024 till the last day of the month of July 2024. I am also letting GEMS know that i am also notifying them that I want to terminate the medical aid month end of July 2024 which will be a full month notice from today 1st of July. As spoken to one of the GEMS agent I was told that I'll be covered for the whole month of July 2024 as from the 1st August 2024 I won't have cover? Please revert back to me. Thank you " it was sent on the 1st of July 2024. So i dont understand what he back-dating thing hence your call agent adviced me to write an email like this. I was trying to be a good person by notifying you guys but honestly I could've just kept quiet if this how i am being treated
Its so sad even if I change internet providers they are still under vuma and i am having a big problem with getting refunds. All money that must be refunded they cant locate it
So thats how all fibres operate. Now they cant locate my payment hence i made duplicate payment, they are unable to locate it. Like how does it happen? While i provided proof of payment first it was web africa i went away from webafrica because of this now its you guys. What pains me its that y'all are under vuma. I dont if its vuma doing this. But what you did its not fine.

Hello I have logged on a fault and fault number is 207110. It's been more or close to two weeks now and I am struggling with the connectivity hence I've already paid for the next month through the voucher yesterday. I always pay on time and my issue is taking long to be solved. Webafrica can you solve this fast hence. Everyone at home can't connect which also results to more costs of buying data for the kids and people we live in the family to use internet. If this can't be solved soon then I would like to try another service provider
Last year I made a mistake on the SARS app and they ended up blocking me and requesting for documentation. I did send the documents. It took time to solve my case, kept calling to ask how far are they with my case they told me that they are still busy with it. They told me to wait for particular working days to pass in order for it to be resolved but still took long. So roundabout October/November 2023 they started deducting money straight from persal without any acknowledgement until January 2024 due to because I have taken them to tax ombudsman to solve my case and they did refund me back. So in February 2024 and march 2024 they did deduct again. They now owe me money again for the two months deducted. I am so ****ed and sad because they are fast to take my money but to bring it back they are taking so many days. I want to know why is SARS doing this to me because they are just straining me for no reason. I did send proof through my payslips it's going to take 21 days to be refunded. I am scared because they might take money again in April. SARS can you please solve this

Hello purchased a product at Leroy Merlin online. Waited for the product for a long time after giving them a chance to dispatch back the product since their courier sent it back to them. They told me they don't have the product. It's fine then I asked them for a refund they told me it would take 7 - 10 days no refund has been made yet after those days has passed by. When I check with them they told me that they will start with the refund again it would take 7 - 10 days. I am not happy with this service because I didn't get my product now I am struggling with the refund for order it's for Thabang Tau
