I cannot believe that this company keeps you on hold for hours with no one answering the phone or quick responses to emails. They don’t follow through on delivery or pickup arrangements.
I have been trying to resolve an issue with Vodacom since March 2022 regarding my Cell No not activating on Apple iMessage (my linked email addresses activate without a problem). The first line support at 135 is unable to resolve it and have on multiple occations escalated it to their "IT Department". The apparently will call be back in 3-5 working days, which is already ridiculous. They never phone and automatically close the case without ever making contact. The issue persists. iMessage activation works perfectly on MTN sym, not on Vodacom. I am being charged for every international SMS that is sent to try and activate it, but yet, no luck. Apple have confirmed it is a mobile service provider issue. I have replaced my sym, activated international sms, reset my phone, re-enabled iMessage on multiple occations, and numerous other recommended instructions to no avail.
Do not use LG Air-conditioners. I have been fighting this battle with the supplier for 3 years Had 4 Artcool Air-conditioners installed. Clearly says *Inverter Compressor 10 year warranty" on the unit. After 4 years all the compressors covers have severely rusted and are now crumbling and on the verge of falling apart (long before its alleged 10 year warranty. Air-cons of differnt manufacturers installed in the neighbourhood that are a lot older look nothing like this. Technicians that have worked on them cannot believe the state they are in, and have said they will have to be replaced entirely soon. I asked them to raise this with LG and have emailed them myself, but they refuse to rectify this. The covers are allegedly not covered under the same warranty (although nowhere was the period specified or mentioned). Instead, I was quoted R5500 per cover for new covers, which is about half the price of the full compressor price. Seriously disappointing product and service.

R265 per month for business bankin, and you cannot schedule a payment for the next day. Not impressed. I have this ability on a regular savings account with another bank.
Using the new Nedbank online banking via a browser (tested in Chrome and Safari) with a Password manager does not work. Nedbank seems to think it is more secure to scramble the password from the Password manager into something completely different in the password field in the login, so that you need to either type it in manually (for anybody to see that is watching you use your keep board) and/or, then clicking the eye to see that it is typed correctly (for anybody watching your screen to see). In this day of internet security threats, I find this remarkably insecure.
We installed 4 x LG Artcool Air-conditioners of various sizes from 9000 to 24000 BTU. The compressors have a 5 year warranty. After 1.5 years the covers were showing signs of rust, and after 3 years, all the covers of the compressors were rusted beyond acceptable norms, to the extent of defacing the look of the property. Air conditioner compressors of other suppliers that have been installed in the immediate vicinity do not have this problem. I reported this issue in detail to the installer with pictures, who forwarded it to LG. LG's representative "Carol" wrote back a one liner "Unfortunately the covers are not under Warranty". The solution offered was to replace the covers at R5500 per cover. As it seems that LG is happy with this standard of product for an outdoor unit that is not treated with an appropriate paint or cover that can last longer for 3 years, I highly suggest you look at alternative vendors such as Samsung, Nashua, Alliance and Luxaire, that do not seem to have this problem of excessive rusting over a short period of time.
