Stupid ****mers took my money and theyre not responding to my ****** emails
I was ******* into signing up next thing I picked it up and canceled their services yet they still debited my account
I made a funeral claim 7 days ago.. Yet my claim is still "being investigated" they're very good at apologizing and sending you all sorts of useless sms's... Why would you want to take out a funeral plan only for you to suffer when you have to get the money that's meant to assist you with the funeral arrangements.I went to their branch and was told that my claim would be paid within 48hours hours.. Tried emailing and calling them with no luck nor constructive feedback... Capitec is very useless and ***********. They do not take their clients seriously yet they're very good at debiting our accounts. 😡
My partner bought me sneakers so I went there to exchange with having a slip yet I was told all sorts of stories now I'm stuck with small sneakers cause I didn't have a slip. The Most useless retailer (Side step tsakane mall)
Someone bought me sneakers as a gift and retained the slip so I went there to exchange the size of the sneakers but I was told that they can't exchange without the slip. Stupid shop doesn't even consider consumer rights. Now I'm stuck with a small sneaker because of their stupid policies. The cashier wasn't helpful at all. Side step Tsakane mall
A bunch of ****mers all they good at is debiting my accounts yet there's no feedback nor communication from the so cold sales consultants. They are just useless call them and they are no where to be found
App**** for debt review removal and the consultant didn't send me the paperwork yet my account has already been debited when I try to reach out to her she keeps saying she's on it she's on it. Bad customer service and yet they're quick to debit the money How do you debit someone's account yet you can't help them. I'm not impressed now I have to waste my time and airtime calling them
Submitted my maternity documents on the 4th of March at the Nigel labour department and I still haven't received any payment whatsoever when I went back to submit the baby's birth certificate I was told that whoever assisted me didn't scan my ui19 Form had to que again and apparently my company had to be emailed for a confirmation letter in which none of that was done now I have to go there all the time for their I competency.. I'm disappointed I won't lie
I did a laybye at your tsakane mall store about a month ago and today I went to cancel it and I wanted to buy one item from the dresses I had laybyed... So 1st I went there the lady told me no cancelation will be done without a slip... I returned same day with the correct slip suddenly she can't cancel it cause I had hairbands in my laybye (in which none of that was mentioned to me on the day the laybye was made) next thing I stood there waiting for them to make up their minds I even offered to buy the hair bands along with the dress still she said a Layne with accessories cannot be canceled.. I stood and waited next thing the other one Fetched my laybye processed the cancelation... Started giving me attitude throwing pens and slips at me as if she cannot wait to leave my sight... Next thing(with an attitude again) she asks me about how sure I am with the dress size in which I told them I was content with the size I just suddenly told her to drop everything.. I'll get something else at a better store with a better service cause seemingly this whole process was dragging on for too long if its not one story its another... I'm very unsatisfied with their service and seemingly Legit never takes customer complaints seriously that's why their staff feels the need to treat customers as if they're doing them a favour
I laybyed a bedroom suite when I wanted to settle it they told me it's now discontinued yet I've been coming in every month to pay without the staff communicating with me about the bedroom suite and they're full of attitude and I want my money in full or the right product should you deduct anything I'm not gonna suffer for your staffs in competency never I'm disappointed in the Tsakane Mall Branch never ever will shop at fair price you treat customers like they're borrowing your furniture
