I have told mbd that I can't afford more than what I am paying to my discovery bank credit card but yet they still keep phoning me and harassing me for no reason my account is up-to-date and yet they still want to be on my case for no reason, mbd you guys are a bunch of *********** people you don't even know what you are doing one call after the next and I keep repeating the same thing then they phone you and they make you hold the line then the call drops and they are phoning from cellphone numbers and on truecaller it shows that as well
I was under debt busters started from about September 2024, you guys took money off my account each month, and the debit order was always successful, then i learned that even though the money was taken off my account you guys did not pay my creditors for 2 or three months, which then caused me to go into arrears with the various companies, I then started to move from Debt busters to another company which took for ever as you guys did not co operate, when i brought up the arreas issue with you guys, you guys told me you can't do anything about it as i had already cancelled, thats all lies as i had got communication from the compannies that they had sent you guys communication a few weeks before the cancellation went through, because of you guys that did not want to take responsability for your mess up and now i am in more debt than what i was before i went with you, I am now paying my accounts myself and it is fine but now the compannies want the arreas amount and this was not even my fault, it was yours, so now i am stuck because of you guys and you do not even care.,
Very bad service, the call center keeps phoning me more than once a day from different cell phone numbers, this is unacceptable, I have agreed with them that at this point i can only make a small amount each month to my discovery account but they do not want to hear, i keep telling asking them how else am i meant to pay more if i can't afford to or have the money to, this is not popia complient either, i have always paid my accounts and i have not missed any payments at all, this is not right at all. One hand does not know what the other is doing. This is unacceptable
Very poor service from Cartrack accounts department, no one even knows what is going on, one hand does not speak to the other hand, they keep telling me that i must pay extra and even though i have paid they still on my case, i have given them proof of payment and i also asked them to cancel it but no one sees that, this service is a disgrace. If i had the extra money i would cancel with cartrack, this is not the first time that they have done this to me.
They don't work, i have been with them since February trying to clear my debt review status, they made me pay a bunch of money and then i received different stories from different people that work there, they don't even update you with the progress, You find yourself sitting in the dark, then they told me that people keep leaving the company and new people come in and then no one knows what is going on, i have wasted so much money on these people that can't even do their jobs. They don't even respond to your messages and if they do its a few days or weeks later, it seems like they don't even care about there customers, Then they make the excuse that they are busy with so many other clients which is all very fine but does that mean that my case is not good enough or does that mean that they can't be bothered to help me as well as the other people. Also does this mean that because you are so busy that you can't even get an update for me and respond to my messages on whatsapp. this is very unprofessional and very sad that i have to work with a company that does not care about there customers, i have even lodged a complaint about these people on hellopeter and then only after that then something started to happen and now it is now on hold again so it seems like i need to complain again before anything happens. No one cares anymore in this company. They don't even keep you informed or anything at all. How many more complaints must i do before this is resolved.
Very bad experience and unprofessional service, I used to be a reseller of there’s where I would resell Microsoft office subscriptions, but since my business when down and I could not pay them, even though I told them about my circumstances and that I would pay them when I get employment but for over a year I have not had employment at all but does tarsus care no they do not, they knew very well that I was unemployed and I could not afford to pay them, I can’t even afford to put food on the table so where do they except me to get the money from to pay them, my company closed down due to financial issues and they did not care, all they did was go the legal route, they decided to ***** me over and get a lawyer involved, this is very sad specially knowing the situation, I tried my best to get employed again but with no success due to bee issues etc and I have proof of that, they still did not care and now I have to spend extra for lawyers fees which I do not even know where that is going to come from, the lawyer also doesn’t care either, disgusting behaviour from them. I have been bad mouthing them to so many people and I can see why there is so many bad reviews on hello Peter about them. I would like to see what would happen if they lost everything and went down hill and had to close business. Or maybe it won’t hap Because the company is run by narcissistic people that don’t care about other people at all. They don’t even have the grace when something bad happened to someone else, they know that I am willing to pay the money back but how am I meant to pay it back if I am not earning an income. These people don’t care at all they just love money and that’s all they care about. Good luck to you Tarsus, I hope you fail at something as clearly you have always had a fantastic life and nothing has been bad for you. Clearly you do not know who God is and you obviously are not christen people, you are what we say are worldly believers and not anything else. You want to make other people’s life miserable so that yours can succeed. I bet you all your employees and your head people are all driving around with fancy cars and yet you are only worried about a small amount of money from a single one member business which failed due to finances and I am sure you have a lot of other people that owe so much more that I do and yet you are not making there life’s more difficult, I see what kind of people you are. You act so kind to begin with but when money is involved it changes everything. Good luck, if only you knew what I have been through and the things I have done to try survive, oh wait you won’t know that because you have so much money that you don’t even know what it feels like to be with nothing and to have lost everything.

Very Bad service, I have been left in the dark since I started with them in February 2025, they promised me everything but yet nothing has happened not even feedback, They made Me pay a lot of money which I have all the proof of and yet they still have not done what they told me they would do. They promised me that everything will be taken care of and that I will be off debt review but there is no evidence of this happing at all, I have even asked them so many times but no response. I have asked them a few questions but no response to them either. They think this is a game or a joke. They can't even provide me with proof of where my money that I paid went to. They tell me one then one day and another thing another day, story after story. This company can not be trusted at all. They even give your number to some other debt review companies in Cape Town to contact you. Far as I am concerned, this company needs to be closed down ASAP. I am not the first one to complain about this on Hello Peter. They have ****** my money and not provided the service as they stated at first. Like mentioned, they don't even care about their clients or about responding to their clients. They make you write a good review on Hello Peter even before the service has been completed. I don't recommend anyone to use them.
Very Bad service trying to get a new open serve line installed in our holiday home, Kenton on sea Eastern Cape, We placed the order just over a week ago and they can't even get open serve to schedule a time for installation, I have followed up so many times and all I get is to be told that they will escalate the ticket to a different department and then they will contact me back and I do not ever hear back from you guys, this Is pathetic service. When are you people going to stop being lazy and assist in this matter correctly and promptly. Get Openserve here to install and stop waiting for the customer to keep phone to ask what is going on. Shocking service, we can't even get a new line installed without cool ideas escalating from department tor department, we ordered the new fibre line to be installed just over a week ago in Kenton on sea and no body wants to even contact us to schedule a line installation in the Eastern Cape. This is pathetic service. Where are you idiots. You are clearly too damn lazy to do your jobs.
