Beyond useless bank! I recently had a ***** experience and one transaction was supposedly for Makro R12 245.00. capitec are refusing to refund me and told me to resolve the matter with Makro ( it was supposedly online). I went to Makro who were very helpful but SHOCKED, that Capitec had sent me to do the forensics myself . They said this was the first time they had experienced this and say Capitec need to do what they sent me to do! Capitec do your job and refund me please
I purchased some items at Bobbi Brown Edgar’s Sandton City. I was assisted by Simangele. Beside the excellent products they have her product knowledge was exceptional . She above and beyond to assist me. What a brilliant experience from a great brand
I purchased some items at Skins and was assisted by a gentleman called Malibongwe. A trainee. He was exceptional at customer service. He honestly is an asset to the business. Thank you Skins and thank you Malibongwe.
Took my Marshall speaker into Woodmead today as my speaker was not playing. The found the fault immediately and it was with my phone. They resolved the problem. They declined payment. As always I am blown away by their excellent service and great attitude

I give it a 5 as Phutie is brilliant. He makes every engagement excellent . The new policy of having to keep putting a new deposit down is very frustrating ( I book monthly) but I only stick with Woodford because of the brilliant service from Phutie
Dstv has got to have the worst customer experience in SA. I have called for over 4 hours wasting my airtime. Been to the walk in centre , was promised the earth ….. nothing has been done. I cannot watch Dstv or Showmax on any device . I have no idea what else to do! Thanks Ingrid
I have been renting on a monthly basis for 5 months now I use the Sandton branch. I have had excellent service and in particular I would like to mention Phutie who is brilliant at sorting things quickly He is a great brand ambassador for Woodford. I would also like to compliment Theo who has only ever shown me exceptional customer care
Sorbet Dunkeld..... never use it! While some of their the******s are reasonable their management is a disaster , things haphazardly get added onto your bill .... make sure you ask for a detailed breakdown of the bill many things creep in, shocking customer service and so the list goes on . I used them loyally for years due to proximity but our family has now left and will not return ...... and gelish comes off after a week ! So very poor treatments mostly . Avoid at all costs ! There are nail bars everywhere .
Regrettably their customer service and in store teams are rather useless. I had an order for a sofa which was ; 1. Messed up at sandton store level frequently 2. Then my order was finally confirmed by the store and head office in CT in writing x2 for the 18th December. 3. On the 19th Dec I was I formed by 2 Weylandts staff on 2 separate emails with 2 different stories as to why I would now only receive the order 10 WEEKS later end FEB 21.
