Earlier this month (September) I had to replace my electric geyser and called on JNK Maintenance to do the job for me. Once again the crew arrived on site executed the job in a very professional manner tidied up and checked to make sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving site. I recommended them to a friend who lives in the same complex that had a shower that was leaking into a bedroom cupboard. He took the one and has reported back that he too is satisfied with a job professionally executed. Well done guys you deserve your 5 stars.
A few moths back I had a problem with my DSTV decoder and took it into Bram's Satellite TV for advice. The person that served me was extremely friendly and helpful and advised me that my decoder was old and should be replaced. I purchased a new decoder from a reliable source and took it back to Bram's who set the new unit up for me at no cost. I recently had cause to visit them again when my DSTV subscription suddenly increased by 25%. I was once again served by the same person who sorted the problem out in a very professional, friendly and helpful manner. Well done to all at Bram's Satellite TV !!!!!

I recently needed my garden sheds roof to be replaced as the original one was badly rusted. I made contact with the owner of JNK Maintenance who came around to evaluate the job and provided me with a quote. The quote was accepted the job started and completed professionally and quickly. The old rusted roof sheeting removed and the site left in a clean condition. Well done guys *****
When a Company uses words like “Property Professional” (on their business cards) & “Property Practitioner” (in their emails) you imagine that they are a “cut above the rest” well unfortunately this is not the case with Remax – Toti. On Friday 21st March 2025 my wife and I met a property professional / practitioner from Remax with his wife to view some properties at Pletthaven in Illovo. Out of the properties viewed we were interested in two however we did tell the person showing us around that we had a similar property in Pennington that we would have to sell first. We also informed him that we were struggling to sell it via private advertising. He assured us that it would not be a problem and he’d be happy to list the property on our behalf at a commission of 5%. He also promised to send us certain documents that we’d requested via email the following Monday On Wednesday 26th March 2025 I sent him a WhatsApp message as I had still not received the documents promised. The documents eventually arrived at 12h51. The following day 27th March 2025 he sent me a message to find out if the documents had arrived and asked me to send him information and photos of our property in Pennington. I told him I’d have the information with him on the Monday. On Monday 31st March 2025 I emailed all the information and photos to him as requested. On 2nd April 2025 I telephoned him to find out if the information had been received as once again, I had not heard from him. He confirmed receipt of the relevant information & photos but told me that I’d have to complete some forms prior to him doing the listing. These he promised to email to me. By 24th April 2025 (22 days later) the forms had still not arrived. In desperation I sent him another email on 25th April 2025 querying what was happening only to get a response telling me about his “state of health” and wishing me good luck in selling my property. From his response I had to draw the conclusion that he had no intention of either selling my property or selling me one of the two properties that we were keen on purchasing. Prior to writing a negative review I decided to try one last attempt to and get some sort of positive resolution to this unbelievable scenario . So on 28th April I sent an email to both the broker owner and manager regarding the above. I received a call from the manager asking for the name of the individual concerned so he could follow up and report back once a resolution had been reached. Well it is now the 07th May and I have not had any further communication from the company. Professional service or not – you decide!!!!
On the 19/09/24 I ordered some spares from Adendorff in Pietermaritzburg, who commissioned MDS Collivery to collect and deliver to me in Pennington. MDS collected the spares on the 19/09/24 and delivered them to me in Pennington the following morning keeping me informed via email all through the delivery process. Well done MDS Collivery I'll definitely use your service again when and as it is needed, I will also recommend you to family and friends.
Some years ago I bought a Power Plus belt sander from Adendorff in Pietermaritzburg and on Tuesday during a project the drive belt snapped. I contacted the Company customer services via email to find out if they carried spares for the unit. I received an email from them stating that the Pietermaritzburg branch would be in touch to handle my query. Well the branch contacted me almost immediately to say that spares were available and I could make payment via EFT for them to action the sale and dispatch. This was duly done proof of payment sent to them and on Friday morning my spares arrived. Well done and congratulations to everyone at Adendorff that were involved in resolving my spares issue with a special thanks to Bradley for his personal assistance.
What can be said other than WOW what fantastic service. The entire team at Urban Optic Scottburgh are FANTASTIC and really deserve all the praise they receive. Well done, keep doing what you're currently doing and you can only go from strength to strength.
I would like to take the time to thank this SUPERB business for the FIRST CLASS service they provide. The entire team that I dealt with after my sister passed away were professional, friendly, and compassionate throughout the entire ordeal. They handled the collect of the body from the mortuary, the cremation, Home Affairs and even provided me with certified copies of all the relevant documentation needed.
I needed to replace my mobile phone and after doing an online search decided that Incredible Connection (Amanzimtoti) had just the phone I was looking for so made my way to the store to discuss the pros & cons of what they had available. After an in-depth discussion with the sales assistant, who was extremely helpful a purchase was concluded. Unfortunately, after setting up the phone and downloading all the latest updates I discovered that the phone was not operating with the Android version advertised. I contacted the store to let them know and to ask if I could return the phone as the Android version was below what I expected. I was advised that I would have to take the phone back for a technical examination for a decision to be made. This I duly did and after examination the phone was taken back by the store and I was given a full credit. Well done to Incredible Connection (Amanzimtoti) for the fair and courteous customer service rendered by all the staff that attended to my scenario.
