I have cover with outsurance for many years and I have never been disappointed, the advisers are well trained and patient. Like today I had to add some more items to my cover and the agent was very patient as I he had to hold the call many times as I attend to customer at work. When I claim outsurance always makes it easier to process and pay out. The price is also reasonable. Above always look forward to the bonus pay out which comes in handy.
We had cover with them. They promised a whole lot of things they cover and claimed they are good in paying out claims. When we claimed after a procedure was done on our dog and they said we should have done the procedure it's not an emergency. They paid basically nothing in comparison to what the charge for premiums. Never be fooled. They are the worst insurer and they don't care about animals.

I'm very disappointed by old mutual. It's over a week now I have written emails to them, I have even chosen a financial advisor and emails the person still no help. I do not know why they are not responding to my request and I'm paying them every month on time what it's due to them. Please help.
Hi all, it's shocking and unbelievable that in this day and age unsuspecting customers are being robbed in bold day light. It's not just once but every time when we buy a product the price charged in the till point is always higher than the marked price in the shelf. When we asked why is that the staff in charge of authorizing says it's an error in the system or the price changed in the system but not changed in the shelf. Anyway after complaining they gave me back the change they had overcharged. Shame on you corrupt staff. Logically we expect the staff to know what is correct price and adjust accordingly so it's a lame excuse. Since this has happens all the time and it's only in this Sunbell Clicks, we are led to believe they are intentionally robbing customers and pocketing the money after cashing in the sales. Many customers are oblivious if this doing and do not check the change they get nor look at the slips up confirm the sale tally with the price in the shelf. My advice to all customers is please check what you pay for is correct to the marked price. In the meantime, if anyone in the clicks management cares about customer well being and have moral compass please do something to stop this. Kindly yours very disappointed customer.
How comes I can't get help when I need it? I phoned to make appointment but no one is helping me? This is very frustrating.

Vodacom very skelem, two months months in a row my have won full puzzle in the shake off competition only to be denied the price. We spend alot of money vodacom is not cheap. They are very very skelem.
