On Sunday afternoon I visited PNP on Darwin Road in Kraaifontein. I bought a few items and left the store. Later that day when I checked my receipt, I had one item that was scanned twice, so instead of paying R59.99 i had to pay R120 for that 1 item. I immediately called the store to let them know about my misfortune and to tell them i was coming in the next day to get it sorted out. I was assured that once I come the next day they will be quick to assist because I called prior to going in. The next day i was made to wait almost 45minutes while they checked the ''footage' of which i dont understand why I had to wait that long because my receipt had the time and till number and cashier name printed on it. I had to leave while they were still "conducting and investigation" because I had to get to work. I was asked to leave my number, name and receipt and will be contacted. I have not received any feedback from the shop and I am not in the mood to chase behind Pnp staff. i dont know if this is how PNP prides itself with customer services but they have honestly lost a valuable customer for life. Id rather go to other retailers moving forward. i dont know what **** is being run there, I will not be recommending PNP to anyone and will be sure to delete all the good reviews, soze!
PnP on Darwin in Kraaifontein has a very professional lady who works by the kiosk, she is a very friendly Xhosa lady and I will leave the store smiling because of the short conversations we have. Good Job sisi I hope they recognize your willingness and customer service skills
After completing my part-time studies with the college, they released my certifications even though I still owed the college, they never held me hostage with my certifications, rather, they informed me to come and collect and make a payment plan. Thank you False Bay for showing ethical integrity and humility in dealing with such cases. Thank You so much. #BlackFriday
Department of Home Affairs Belville Branch, I went to apply for my passport and instead of waiting for 4weeks to get it, it was ready for me to collect in a week. I was very surprised but happy that it didnt take as long as I had anticipated. Good job to the staff for also making sure everybody is assisted even when the queues are very long. Keep up the good work! #BlackFriday
I have dry sensitive skin, the only product that my skin loves is Vaseline Blue Seal. ive been using it for almost 20 years now and all I can do is sing praises! it doesnt matter what the weather is like, I use it all day everyday. i aslo recommend it to family to try. but it has gotten a bit expensive hey. Try a competition were we can win hampers please!
I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from one of The Mattress Warehouse employees at the Randburg branch, her name was Nnuku seleke a very clean and beautiful lady. She assisted me with such professionalism and a warm smile from start to finish. She went above and beyond by keeping in contact to make sure that I was happy and even gave a few suggestions. For a trainee, she did a very good job and the warehouse has earned a new loyal customer. Will be telling friends and family to check out the warehouse, I hope the same courtesy is extended to them also.
if I could give 0 stars i would.. My parcel should've been delivered days ago. Everytime I track it, it says my parcel is experiencing problems at the distribution center. Since the 17th its the 22and today and regardless of how many times i reach out i cant get thought to anyone to tell me what kind of a problem. I asked one of the drivers to track it for me and he said usually if that happens that it might be because my parcel was found open. I am so defeated. My graduation is in a few days and i ordered an outfit . i curse this company with everything in me

I overpaid my account, now they want to hold my money for 4weeks before I can get a refund. You know why? So that they can earn interest on my money before sending it back. I wasnt even told how long I should wait for the refund to reflect, I had to hound them with emails, like their agents hound u when u miss payments. Unethical, criminals who always add interest on your initial balance..and will take u back and forth. The worst
I did my research and found out that SMD technologies are the manufacturers of the phone brand Premio. I recently purchased a Premio S80 at Ackermans only to find out that it's not up to standard. It over heats when charging especially on the fingerprint sensor, it's not Google Certified which means I cannot access Google Apps or even download anything. It's always roaming and states that I don't have data or I'm not connecting to the internet. I am really annoyed because it hasn't even been a week.
