Great customer service from Makro Strubensvalley. My order was placed in the evening and was out for delivery the very next morning. I don't know how they do it but I truly appreciate it. The driver was very professional and helpful as well. So overall I'm impressed with the service and efficiency of the Makro team.

Just when I thought Mr Price could not shock me any further, they elevated to the next level. I recently bought 2 clear glass salad bowls with a wooden stand via their online store. I will be hosting this coming weekend so I was very excited to be serving my guests using those new fancy bowls. There was no issues with the time it took for my order to arrive at my selected collection point, I can give them 5 stars for that. It actually arrived much sooner than I had anticipated. My joy was turned into shock on the day of collection which was yesterday. Fortunately, I always request that my orders be opened and checked because of a previous issue I had with them where my items arrived broken. This was not the case this time around. Instead I received completely different items to what I had ordered. I received two white glass salad bowls with a wooden handle whereas I had ordered a clear glass bowl with a wooden stand. The assistants were quick to refund me but what about my order? What about my plans for my guests? If I had wanted the money I would have never made the order to begin with. Fix yourselves Mr Price Home.
Seamless and fast assistance from Leroy Merlin Little Falls. The click and collect option by them is the best thing to have ever happened to me. The parking lot that is specifically created for collection is great touch and sets Leroy Merlin above any other hardware store. I've used it twice already and both times have been a great experience. I would highly recommend.
Great service from Leroy Merlin in Little Falls. I had a painting project this past weekend and towards the end of the job the guys realized that they would need an extra paint bucket. I immediately went to search for it online and found that I could use click and collect at Leroy. I did exactly that and my order was ready in a few hours. The collection was effortless and service was provided with a smile. Great overall service. Well done Leroy Merlin Little Falls.
I've never received such horrible service from an online store. I made a purchase on 02 December 2022 when they had an online only promotion which was a buy 1 get 1 free on any items of your choice. I immediately made the purchase and payment after finding two embossed bags which I loved so much. Upon collecting the items, I realized that one bag of the bags was not what I had ordered and was also cheaper than the bag that I had ordered. I thought that this would be easy for them to replace and get me the correct item that I had ordered, little did I know what a battle it would be. I was told by an online sales representative that it would be as easy as taking it back to the store and getting the correct one, only to be met with more grief at the store. I don't understand why TFG always run to giving one their money back as a solution to the problem. If I wanted to have my money, I would have never used it to purchase in the first place. Mind you, that specific item was an item I wanted to use for our year end function at work. Now this whole circus has been made to seem like I am the one who made the incorrect order or I'm the one who placed the incorrect item in my package. I the came home and wrote an email explicitly stating what had happened in full detail, today is the 19th December 2022 and nobody has gotten back to me. This is not the first time this has happened to me using TFG online and this time around they have gone too far. I thought it was an isolated incident but after reading other reviews, I realize that this a TFG online thing. What a horrible experience. I'm so disappointed in TFG.
I received great customer service and delivery from Glow Theory. I ordered yesterday which was Black Friday but I received my order today. Would definitely recommend for all you K-beauty products.
Before writing this, I went through the other reviews just to see if I was the only person experiencing this issue but it seems that we are many. I made a purchase for 4 items online on the 9th of September 2022. It is the 5th of October 2022 and I still have not received my items. I called customer service on the 23rd September 2022 to find out what is happening only to be told that the order was still being processed. How? I then received an email on the 27th stating that the reason the order was still being processed is because I had selected the incorrect store for the items to be delivered and that I would need to provide the correct STORE ADDRESS for the shipment. The consultant said that I had selected an apparel store instead of a Home sote. Firstly, how does an apparel store show on a Home store page? How does that then become my fault? Is it not a system error? Secondly, how on earth is a customer supposed to provide a store address when on the app all I selected was the store name. Then I went back to my app and checked which store I had selected only to find out that it's the very same store I have been selecting all along. Honestly, it doesn't make sense what has changed. I called in various times and I'm told that I will have to wait. I emailed the consultant who was so rude to me and basically said up yours in email form. I proceeded to email the MRP help address and I still have not been answered 5 days later. I am so frustrated because the countless orders I have placed in the past have been seemless, I have never thought that this would happen to me. I did not expect to struggle like this because I paid in full for this order. The customer service agents that MRP have hired are truly not efficient, even the attitude they give you does not suggest that your problem will be sorted out promptly. I placed an order on the 9th of September, today is the 5th of October. This order is taking a whole month to get to me. How much longer do I have to wait for my order that usually arrives within a week of being placed?
Pleasant staff that is always willing to help you pick your ideal scent. I always go to the branch at KEY WEST mall and I am never disappointed in their service especially a lady named Zamani. Keep it up.
My mother has been a loyal vodacom customer for the last 20 years, unfortunately she passed on two weeks ago. I then decided to cancel her cell phone contract which had been paid off but was running on a month to month basis. The customer service agent I spoke to misinformed me about how to go about cancelling a contract which led to my mother's number being completely wiped off the system. She didn't even bother explaining the various options which were available when cancelling a contract nor did she offer me a form to fill in where I could have seen the options for myself. Now, during my period of grief, I am running around being sent from pillar to post trying to get the number back as I need to use it for various purposes including as verification of my mother's identity for insurance and her employer's purposes. How on earth will I authenticate her policies because now her cellphone number has become just as important as her identification number? Especially because in the email I wrote, I explicitly wrote that it has been two weeks since she passed. Honestly people who work with services need think a little harder than they do. I would like to think that especially people who work in a department working with the accounts of the deceased would know the importance of a cell phone number as an identity and they should be more considerate especially when dealing with grieving families. I need her number to be reactivate ASAP.
