Ordered a computer screen. Received updates via my app that it’s delivered but we got something different from The Courier Guy. We called the Courier guy back as there was no waybill nor invoice in the package. They just told us to contact the shop as they only the deliverer. We phoned Makro and was advised to log a return. I want to know who got my screen?! No one wants to take responsibility and why about the R3k I spent?! Can someone come back to me and give me a detailed response of what transpired and what will happen? Do I get the screen or are you giving my money back?! Also Makro if this is not your fault cancel your contract with Courier Guy! I don’t care who’s at fault I bought the item from you!

I placed an order on 27 April 2023. I was given the option to choose next day delivery as all the items were available. I received confirmation on 28 April that my package will be delivered before 19h00. It’s 29 April, no package and no communication as to what is going on. Looked at orders on the app, still shipped no comments and still out for delivery on 28 April 2023.
This has been by far the nicest experience I had at a restaurant. The setting takes you away to Greece and do not let me get started on the food. Please open one in CPT. For now, each time I am in JHB Kolonaki is a MUST visit!
I have been without internet for a few days now already. I have logged a query but no response. I cannot wait 8 days again please Mweb, you get paid on time every month.
I cancelled my contract 2 months ago and the guy wanted to sell me a data package. I explained to him that I was not interested. My contract has been cancelled but I am now paying for a data package I did not agree to. I then sent them an email with my details and marked it as a complaint, yet no response.
I would like to express my grave dissatisfaction regarding the experience I had with my online app order 34878545. An expectation was created that my order would be delivered after it was shopped and I even received a WhatsApp that the ETA is late and that I would receive delivery at 19:15. I received nothing at that time and then checked the app, only for the ETA to be moved on from 20:00 - 21:36 and then my order was cancelled. I have been a huge supporter and ambassador for the app. You can check how many times I have ordered but the experience of last night has really left a bad taste in my mouth. The things ordered was specifically required and I was disappointed with a no delivery. I ended up having to drive to the garage for the ordered, spending double the money and now I’m expected to wait between 5-7 or so it 7-10 business days for my money to be refunded in my account.
I had what was most probably the worst experience of my life yesterday where I was involved in a motor vehicle accident before 8am yesterday morning. Beverley Alexander and Elton du preez made sure my claim was registered and that the towing people were on the scene. Car hire was arranged also almost immediately as well, as the car hire company phoned me as i was at SAPS reporting the collision. Car was delivered today but it was not a vehicle to my standard and Elton with no delay cancelled the instruction and arranged a new car with a different car hire agency. The value proposition of insurance is to not only put you in the position you were before your loss but it’s also to make sure your clients do not struggle in the process. Thank you Elton and your manager Annemarie Daniels for the great experience I have received from you. You really are going out of your way for me as the client! Keep up the brilliant client service!
I had a really great experience with the staff at AC Direct. I actually tried purchasing an Aircon online and for some or other reason the payment would not go through online, so I had to phone in. Desiree send me the quote and advised me off the steps to be taken. Octavia was on the line with me ti make arrangements for delivery and installation, taking into consideration that I work full time and we have loadshedding. It was really a joy dealing with the staff. And the product works amazing! Thanks to the installer JP for doing a neat job!
I placed an order via Uber Eats at Burger King Tygervalley. I received a call from BK Tygervalley advising me that they do not have stock of bottled water if I would like something else, i said that 7 up would be in order. The Uber driver driver came and delivered the food. When I came to my desk I realised that it was not what I had ordered the full order was incorrect. After phoning Burger King Tygervalley it was determined that they made the error and not the Uber driver. They have me instructions to cancel the order and re order in order for them to send my correct meal. This is the worst service, ever received. You made the mistake but I must run around to fix it and wait for my refund?! NO Burger KIng Tygervalley get your staff in order!
