I had a burst geyser over the Easter weekend. I was assigned the consultant NONTOBEKO MKIZE. I have had to continuously call and follow up with the consultant on negligence and poor workman ship of the contractors they sent out. Big Six Plumb & Build. After flagging and advising the contractors come out when I am home they avoided this instruction and sent their contractors out. They did not fully evaluate the damage and later stated the damage was pre existing damage to avoid resolving fully. Even though I kept the consultant updated I now sit with problems that are not going to be attended to. I have had to constantly reach out to the consultant for feedback. A week passed and I reached out to the consultant for feedback. This service has been disheartening and I will take my business to a provider that will offer me better service. I have kept premiums paid for three years no problems and this is the service you uphold

Did an evaluation and came with different doors to the existing one. They also caused further damage which they denied liability and said it was pre existing damage. They are not upstanding contractors. I would avoid dealing with them.
Really as a first experience with this institute you guys under deliver No access to you via phone, email, what's app or zoom All mediums you market as ways of communicating and respond to none. Total disappointment to have made this switch and you offer no way of assisting a first time parent in feeling this was the right decision. Disappointed is a under statement
What a horrible uninterested municipality. No answering of calls. emergency line not working. Returned from holiday to find all food in fridge and freezer is rotten. Trying so many different numbers to get help. Facebook no response. Whats app they just typed noted. No help for two days flat No power and no response from this team. Pathetic useless municipality
What a epic fail from this provider. I had called into the customer service center to confirm if i could make a bulk payment into my RA. I was advised I could assign the bulk amount to my existing RA. Later told they cannot assign the funds. Sent back and forth continuously. Told to look at the fun fact sheet and find a fund to allocate the funds. Numerous calls and conversations have born no fruit. I was meant to be refunded. Today i received a statement showing the unassigned funds. I want my funds back i cannot deal with your company with such pathetic service
I signed up for Tracker with the Audi Rivonia dealership. The dealership did not load that i am a ebucks client. Upon making numerous calls to Tracker they advised they cannot do anything to link my ebucks benefit i would need to cancel and pay cancellation cost of R1100. Very distasteful to have no work around for clients paying for your service. Very poor customer service. Agents are very abrupt and just tell you there is nothing that can be done. Take it or leave it attitude because you already taking the funds for this service. I would go as far as saying i would not recommend this service to anyone. Keep your money or go to another provider
Most disappointed with the service from Farahnaaz Kahn. The dealership advised they could help with activating Tracker but did not talk me through the detail correctly. They did not load that i am a ebucks client. Upon calling to follow up they advised that Ebucks would contact me directly. I later made contact with Tracker directly they advised that they cannot effect the benefit and if i cancel i must pay R1100. Know the products you offer and educate the client so that later we are not disadvantaged.
I registered my son with Milpark Business school The portal has allowed the registration. Took payment of R17080. We tried to reach them on several occasions to no avail. Email contact number, call me back. We received a call on Friday 16:30 asking us to send a affidavit to confirm if my son still wants to be registered for 1st semester which is closed and submit the affidavit by 17:00. Early this morning he received a call to advise that he can only be part of second semester. Why was the registration allowed and a profile created only to later be told registration was closed. The service was pathetic to say the least. Our funds were taken and we were led to believe he was accepted. Very disappointed in the service with this institution. Never expect this kind of treatment.
You have done it again and not paid any attention to your clients needs. I had loaded this complaint 13 December we are now on the 17th January. I have been receiving calls from Jabulani Makwela stringing me along. Advising me the investigations team are attending to the matter and that the company Monteirose Projects had denied liability and the investigation team are attending to the matter. All this whilst my ceiling has caved in and is laying in this way since December. All i have heard is excuses and been strung along. While i continue to pay my premiums and keep to my end of the bargain. What has customer service come to these days. Nothing but empty promises and lies. I had a leak in my geyser pipe in July. This caused damage to my bathroom and passage area. I called Outsurance and I paid the excess contractors Monteirose Projects came out and did the repair and caused further damage to another room next to the passage area. I informed the Monteirose Projects on the same day.. They told the contractors to paint up and the contractors refused to put the nails that fell out of the ceiling and advised they dont want to cause more damanage. About two weeks back i called them to inform that the ceiling is now caving in. Was assisted by Jabulani Makwela in the complaints department. No one has called me back since. Very terrible service. Several calls and emails have met with no assistance.
